Fast shipment, secure packaging. I was always kept informed about my order. But: the instructions how to built up the bike I ordered were a little poor. And the gear shift was not correct adjusted. Thus, without skills, you might get problems.

DO NOT ORDER A BIKE FROM BRÜGELMAN, GERMANY!
I ordered a Fuji mountain bike from them on the 8th July 2023. There was a big price reduction, so I found the 14-21 days delivery acceptable. I fully paid for the bike with PayPal. But after 7 days I received an email saying the bike was not in the warehouse so the order was cancelled. They would give me 5% off the next order. This wasted a lot of my time and I was very annoyed.
I then ordered a bike for a second time off them. A Serious Rockville. Again I paid for the bike. Again after 7 days they said that the bike was not in the warehouse. This wasted around 3 weeks of my life. It’s disgraceful that the advertise bikes, you pay for them and then they cancel the order and say it’s not in the warehouse!

I ordered three weeks ago and complained ten days ago that the goods had been paid for but not delivered. To date I have not received any satisfactory response. That's how you lose loyal customers, because I've been a Brügelmann customer for almost forty years
