Don't purchase DIRECTLY from Brydge
If you'd like to purchase a Brydge product, I suggest you do not buy it directly from Brydge.com. Instead, purchase it from a site that offers free returns. I had an issue with one of their products and found that their technical support was terrible (email only, with an expected turn around time of 48 hours or more). I got fed up and wanted to return their product because of the poor support, and found their return policies are terrible (15% restocking fee and you pay shipping), and when I (twice) submitted a return request on their website, a support person contacted me to try to "fix" the problem, or return the product to them for analysis. Don't purchase directly from Brydge.
Customer service response time (!!!)/ QA issues brings Brydge down!
EDIT 1: Revising from 4 stars to 3 stars. Well, upon opening the package, I discovered there are defects and product quality issues:
1. Left hand side keys are uneven and not leveled like the right hand side.
2. Metal surface near the S and the K key have deep scruff dents on it.
3. clear plastic popping up from under the metal body under the "Delete" key
So far, support has not gotten back to me at all about acknowledging the receiving my email!!!
EDIT: Revised rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Ending up it’s their regional shipping partner’s (SF Express) lack of package updates. Item was received in excellent condition and on time. However, customer service response time is unsatisfactory and disappointing! Till now, I still have not receive any response from them!
Placed order on Oct 24, claimed it was shipped on Oct 25. Oct 29 today the shipping number is still invalid.
"Sorry, waybill (28800374XXX) information not found, please check waybill number or contact SF costomer service at 95338."
Send an email to Brydge Customer Support for help and so far they have been silent! The reason why I bought from this company is I thought their product is getting praised all over the internet and it seems I got scammed!?
I should have chekced here first before trusting them with my money!
Seething right now
Seething right now. Bought the new Brydge pro for iPad 2018 model - received today after days of waiting and what do I receive but an old Brydge box with an Amazon (already open) bubblewrap envelope inside with someone else's name on the front. Inside was the keyboard and back part all loose - the state of the box and the fact the keyboard is in an old Amazon envelope tells me this is a previous customers return. How difficult is it for a company to fulfil an order properly. I now want a full refund including the wasted postage and some paid way of returning this junk. This experience says to me don't trust this company. So now I have to wait to get my money back through no fault of my own.

Order was immediately returned to sender because according to the post office they didn't put and adress on the package, all they wrote was the postal code and the city name. I have tried to contact them but I am being met with dead silence. Needless to say I will probably never shop there again and I can only hope that I one day get the product that I paid for or a refund.
Avoid no customer service warranty is worthless
Product arrive in good time ,but within few minutes of typing key pop out and was impossible too put back ,i contacted support by email and send me a replacement key ( great ) but send me the wrong size key obviously for different keyboard , is as been at that point 2 weeks of owning the product and still can’t be use ,contacted support again and reply from Lexie was that they could send me a replacement through warranty and assist me on returning the broken one ,I then accepted via email and since no reply to my email week ago or via Facebook site this company is a jock and don’t have any clue about uk or European trading standards .
Poor after sales support
I bought a keyboard for my iPad Pro in June. The internal rod to which the lugs attach has sheared and it can no longer hold my iPad in situ. Whilst this is disappointing in itself, the failure to respond to my numerous emails to arrange an exchange is extraordinary. There is no obvious UK telephone number or returns address. The product, whilst it worked, was good but there would seem to be no sale support if things go wrong.
Best Gen 3 iPad Pro Keyboard Case on the Market: Brydge 12.9 Pro!!!
I heartily concur with the “new” Brydge Pro keyboard for the 2018 12.9-inch iPad Pro very positive review as published in Apple World Today!- I’ve owned at least a dozen ipad keyboard cases and this is by far the absolute best... Even the weight factor has been thoroughly thought out and planned: it has to weigh as much as the ipad, otherwise it would flop over at certain viewing angles - it’s weight has to balance the ipad in order to function as both a tablet and a laptop.
The aesthetics and construction equal and match that of my beautiful new iPad, and rather than downgrading it’s look and feel with cheap plastics, the keyboard case is made from machined aluminum which is anodized to exactly match my Ipad’s Space Gray.
When paired with Brydge’s own special nano-thin tempered glass screen protector (which has been made to fit perfectly within their cases hinges), my ipad easily slides in and is held firmly, while allowing me to remove entirely it or attach it reversely in “movie mode”.
Not only is this the best keyboard case I’ve ever purchased, it comes with the best customer service available - even during their recent rush of customers, their support got back to me promptly and answered every question I had, even sending me a replacement part priority mail.
I love dealing with folks who do good work and you just can’t go wrong with Brydge!

I wish I checked the reviews on TrustPilot first.
Brydge are clearly not ready to be trading in the UK, as is shown by their lack of understanding of distance selling regulations and consumer law in the EU/UK.
Not to mention the terrible, non existent customer service.
A few things went wrong with my order:
- Delivered to wrong address as a result of delays in shipping and no one in customer service responding to my emails.
- Poor quality product in the end, so decided to return, but I was endlessly chasing and chasing my emails. They just do not respond.
- I’ve had to stump up returns postage fee and absorb a PayPal fee as they refunded to the wrong PayPal account (how is this even possible!?) rather than refunding the original payment.
Brydge is seriously lacking in processes and customer service. The twitter account and accounts of staff who use personal accounts to market the company (including the CEO) just ignore all the complaints which says it all.
I honestly struggle to understand how they sleep at night knowing all these customers are being done over.
Companies like Anker do amazing in customer service which means the odd product issue does not matter, sadly, I can see customer service restricting this companies growth in the UK.

Edit: I have just received a response from them and it seems to be a problem at the warehouse. I hope the product is shipped soon but I'm happy that someone has written back.
Second Edit: I have received the package and I'm quite satisfied with the build quality - it arrived one day earlier than estimated, which is a nice bonus. It's cold to the touch and feels pretty sturdy, compared to Apple's smart keyboard. It took a few minutes to have it connect to the iPad but now it works pretty much instantly as soon as Bluetooth is turned on. Communications from the company was a little staggered, with Twitter, Facebook and emails responding at different times and outside the suggested 48 hours - I can't tell if that was due to them investigating the problem first.

I have tweeted at them, emailed them, filled in a form on their website (as suggested as the primary way to contact) and I have also messaged them on Facebook for good measure. I have paid for a case from their website and after waiting, I have no clue where the package is.
They are elusive and never respond, and they have taken my money without showing any indication of when/where the product has been shipped. No emails to track the package, and I paid a little bit extra to have it delivered within around three days. This was ordered from the UK website but there is no phone contact number, so I suppose I just have to hope they have seen the messages and are working through other requests.
I ordered this package on the 14th July and I noticed that it might take a while before it started shipping - that's okay, I am happy to wait, as long as it's transparent. The suggested date for when it's shipping has since passed and they now have a new date on the website - I can't tell if it has changed due to another product sell out or due to them being behind in production. I just want updates, I want things to be clear and for the service to extend to supporting a paying customer.

I wanted to be a Brydge customer, but they are making it very difficult to trust them.
I have tried to contact them via their website, but no response after 3 days. Also, I also tried to respond to their email they sent verifying my account because of this: If you have any questions, reply to this email ... but received this when I followed THEIR instructions and replied to THEIR email!: This email address is unmonitored. Edit: Thank you Brydge for the reply. I now understand your situation and have update my review... was just looking for better communication before placing an order. I have now place an order and am looking forward to trying your keyboard.

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service, as per other reviews order promised delivery in 2-6 days, 13 days later I have not received the item and still no response to my email asking for an update (sent over 2 days ago). Worryingly there is no way of contacting them other than by email. Wish I had just bought Apple in the first place and saved myself the bother.

Got one for my 12.9 ipad. They shipped it late. Sent wrong color. And now after 3 month of attempts to get them to correct it. They say they will not accept my return.

Just a series of frustrations, ordered an IPad PRO 11 keyboard shipping 2 to 6 days, in stock.
9 days later no update, no response, have emailed twice no reply, using the Brydge contact us email from their own site just resulted in an undeliverable message!
This will be the last Brydge device I use as the company isn’t interested in customer service.

I ordered a heavily reduced keyboard for Surface Pro. The order was a little slow to be shipped out, but overall delivery time was acceptable given the fact that it was shipped from UK-DK. I was pleasantly surprised of the quality product I got for the price I paid. I wasn't in contact with anyone in their support team, so can't say anything about that.

Customer service is absolutely shocking. Website said keyboard was in stock and delivery 2-4 days. I ordered keyboard three weeks ago. Followed up after one week and every two days since. Only just got a reply saying item is out of stock and is still a couple of weeks away. No phone number to call or other way to contact the company.
