Ben has undertaken several projects for us as we refurbished our cottage. Initially, he quoted for upgrading two bathrooms and a cloakroom, and we accepted him partly because of cost and partly because he was so accommodating and friendly. The work he and his colleagues did was outstanding. Since then, he has undertaken more projects including replacing several radiators and a couple of emergency jobs, always with a smile on his face and willing to put himself out. He's a great guy and an excellent trade and.

Ben is an excellent engineer and has fitted and serviced our boilers for the last eleven years. We had a boiler brake down in our holiday let and he fitted us in to replace the boiler without impact to our letting business.

Having moved to a new area finding a reliable, good tradesperson was proving difficult. I found Ben’s details on Forest Traders and asked him to come round to quote for a number of jobs. Ben replaced a few old radiators for us, tidied up some old pipe work and toilet system and fitted a new towel rail. The work was completed to a very high standard, clearly highlighted the pride Ben took in doing a good job, so much so that we asked Ben to come back a few months later as we were having issues with our heating system.

Ben advised on a power flush and replacing the pump, both of which have resolved the issues we were having. He also put in a new Belfast sink in our utility room and fitted a new macerator in our downstairs cloakroom. Work as always to a high standard and the cost was very reasonable, we couldn’t recommend him highly enough and will certainly know who to call if we have any problems in the future.

Ben replaced our gas boiler with a new ultra efficient Atag boiler which he recommended. He also moved, replaced and added various radiators and moved and replaced some of the pipework to make sure that everything was as it should be. Along the way he found there were several problems which he sorted out for us, and he has since been back to do some further work which we requested. We found Ben to be friendly and efficient, being very keen to ensure that his work was neat and tidy and complied with the highest standards, paying attention to detail. In his own words, he always did his work in the way he would want it to be done in his own home. We have no hesitation in recommending Ben and will continue to be using him in the future.

Ben communicates very well, he responded to texts immediately before and after the new boiler install. He was very fairly priced, very thorough in his work and always professional. I won't use anyone else now.
