What can I say about these guys! Absolutely brilliant work from day 1. I met these guys on facebook and was a little apprehensive getting someone through social media, however it was the best decision I made and more importantly meeting two lovely guys who I gained a lot of trust and importantly to me being honest!
These guys Blerim and Tim got me and my 85 year old mother out of trouble this winter by being there and getting our 30 year old system scrapped and replacing it with a new combi boiler. I cannot thank them enough and I will certainly recommend this wonderful guys to anyone. Make sure you have lots of tea and biscuits to keep them going and warm.
I want to thank you guys for such a brilliant job from clearing up mess to removing old kit and key thing for me was how they explained everything step by step, not many other people do that and honestly they were fairly priced and all about building their reputation in this trade. Please keep this level of service up and your competitive prices.

I moved into new house & the old boiler needed replacing. After searching for months, I finally came across BS Plumbing. I spoke to Blerim once over the phone and send them some pictures of the old boiler. After paying the deposit the date & time where quickly set on the 09.10.2025.
Blerim & Tim were incredibly reliable, honest & professional. At the time, I had no power, no gas, and had been let down by British Gas- but even in those difficult circumstances, they got the job done perfectly. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

This company was contracted to install our Heat Pump and did a good job. Despite initial challenges with documentation and weight of radiators, the job was done and completed on time. Blerim was on hand to help with after installation issues till everything was working well. Always picked up calls which is a big plus.

We had to arrange for a boiler to be replaced at short notice in a rental property with tenants that have a small child. Speed was of the essence. I contacted Blerim on the Sunday and he called right back. He was happy to discuss the best boiler options and we used their very user-friendly website to place the order. I had a boiler issue and wanted to install a new boiler urgently. I contacted Mr Blerim and he followed it up with timely response. He promptly came with his colleague and replaced the boiler. I mainly liked the punctuality of both, they are very professional and know their work very well. They done excellent work with reasonable cost. I like their positive attitude. They done boiler registration, clear the boiler packages, fitted Hive etc for me before leaving the house. I recommend them to anyone who like quality work done. I will call them again for any future plumbing work.

Blerim and his colleague Tim are very dedicated and hardworking team. They fixed and tidy up after working. They are always ready and patience to answer questions. They are good time keeper. They made sure everything was up and running just before Christmas. I will rate them 200%

After contacting British Gas for a quote for a new combi boiler inculuding radiators and getting the price also being told there was a 6 week waiting time. I found Bs plumbing,Blerim came and gave me a quote that was over £2400.00 less for exactly the same like for like job also it would be started the following week. He kept me updated all the way through the job that was carried out to the highest standard taking away all removed old heating system parts and rubbish. I added to the job a couple of extras, one of which was to plumb in a outside tap that he did for a very good price. Highly recommended.

They are literally the BEST! They saved us from a disaster caused by a dishonest and inexperienced plumber. Blerim and his team are very honest, very reasonable price and very good at their job. You don’t need to do anything, they come and do everything in the best way and most permanent way. I can’t believe how they saved us from a disaster in few hours! Found BS Plumbing while googling for someone professional to fix my boiler and I am pleased I found them. They came same week and Blerim alongside his colleague worked really hard to replace my old boiler keeping me informed of everything that was happening. They did a great job and all seem working perfectly so far. I will definitely use BS Plumbing again.

Blerim replaced my boiler within 6 days of contacting him. He was very business like and efficient. Arrived on time, worked solidly and had it all sorted within 5 hours. He allowed me to take a video of him explaining the workings of the new boiler. He completed all the paperwork swiftly and diligently and I received both the gas registration certificate and the warranty from Vaillant the following day. I highly recommend BS Plumbing

Blerim and his colleague worked very hard and efficiently for the entirety of the job, always keeping me informed & all my questions answered. They arrived on time every morning. Also did our plumbing for new taps for the bathtub. When called, he immediately attended to a problem.
We had our old boiler fully replaced installing a new Bosch Greenstar 8000 combi boiler. They helped with checking the radiators and also with setting the Nest E thermostat. The result looks fantastic and the boiler works perfectly fine! The works was done in January 2024, but we waited 2 months to see how all was working to give them a 5star rating truly deserving. I used BSPlumbing to install a new boiler more than a year ago and the service was fantastic, i.e. very friendly team, they explained everything I needed to know during the installation. They installed the boiler in a very efficient manner so really did a great job overall.
My boiler needed to be serviced, so I decided to use them again. They kept me updated of their time of arrival, did a great job in servicing my boiler, were still very friendly as last time and answered any questions I had. Moreover, I had a small leak under the sink that they fixed very rapidly, so really great job as usual...so very pleased overall with the service offered.
