i have been left for over 50 days now with no heating

i have been left for over 50 days now
with no heating at all
i am due to give birth and have a child with disibilitys..
iv had to each out to people to help me have my child most nights due to her been able to have somewhere warm at night!!
4th December i first called up..
they got someone out fitted a part
and still he left and had no heating!
its now 29th January
how we have been left with no heating is disgusting.. both me and my child have had bad coughs and cold due to the house being ice!

Was due Today to have Gas un-capped &…

Was due Today to have Gas un-capped & boiler checked over. Had removal people delivering a Sofa.
The engineer basically came up the stairs & said "Not accessible, & continued saying this walking into the Flat, he then went into the bedroom & said, see, not accessible & then came into the living room & I said what do you mean not accessible, what are you on about? he said I was here an hour ago & and couldn't access property & I said "what are you going on about? What's stopping you from coming up the stairs? He kept on & On & said the same thing in the living room. & I said what's wrong with your *** attitude as he was making no sense & kept repeating... (The other Guy from BSW, knew he was in the wrong as his face said it all)

I lost both my parents a few months ago.

I've been working night & day cleaning & removing items for 20+ hours per day, hardly had any sleep & being as I have (Bipolar/full diabetes, serious back issues, very high blood pressure) I've done well.

everything has been moved & now perfect access to the place. I can provide pictures


He didn't want to do the job. It's so evident...

Like previously before I went to look after my parents, BSW on TWO occasions said, they've been here twice and had no answer & THAT AGAIN IS A COMPLETE LIE as I was here on both occasions as I don't go out due to bipolar & panic attacks.

If they were here on those two occasions why didn't they use the Intercom/doorbell/knock door? & the BIG ONE, why wasn't a calling card left?

I have no WATER as Tap has an airlock & I've told the engineers this for 4-5 years now & nothing done. I have NO gas, no hot water

I don't understand why before they couldn't have access to radiators, as I KEEP SAYING It doesn't matter if you do or do not have access because Many years ago gas people tried to desludging the radiators & it made no difference as living room radiator goes luke warm just at the TOP. Bedroom one doesn't work. The bathroom one doesn't work. Hallway one goes slightly warm at the top (basically useless all of them APART from the kitchen radiator as that works fine.

The only way is to have new radiators as they have not worked for 5-7 years now & I'm sick of it & the lies from BSW

Shameful Company!!!

This Company doesn’t even deserve 1 Star!
Boiler packed up, they said they needed to order the replacement part. One week later, still no hot water or heating, and with it being the coldest week of the year with temperatures of -4° it is disgusting. The lack of communication and poor customer service is shocking, and quite frankly this company should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. If you want a job done, look for a more reputable company with good Customer reviews, because without Customers they wouldn’t be in business!!!

Sister has a baby under a year old and…

Sister has a baby under a year old and has been left without heating or hot water for 2 weeks !!!. First off she is accused of not allowing access then it turns out they ordered the wrong part so couldn't install, why lie. Also have been told twice new dates for installing. First time didn't show up and second time the "engineer" went home sick. Multiple attempts at ringing the office where you get to speak to the most clueless people on planet earth literally not one person can offer any assistance. How can a company this incompetent be allowed to exist. I sincerely hope you all lose your jobs

They are poop

They are poop, left me and my family with out heating and hot water over new year 24 and still not going to be able to repair the boiler for another few days yet. I got a low immunity and a 20 month old toddler in the house, disgusting

Urgent and Severe Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Customer Service Experience with Aiyah at BSW

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the abhorrent customer service provided by Aiyah during my recent interaction with BSW. Conversely, Sophie exhibited an exceptional level of professionalism and courtesy in explaining the heating and hot water issues in detail, for which I am grateful.

Aiyah's behavior, on the other hand, was utterly appalling. She displayed extreme rudeness and went as far as abruptly terminating the call when I inquired about an update. Her dismissive response to my request for temporary heating by saying, "we'll cross the bridge when it comes," is unacceptable and reflects a complete lack of regard for customer concerns.

Furthermore, Aiyah's conduct leaves clients like me in a state of uncertainty and intimidation. She has tarnished the image of BSW by displaying a severe lack of professionalism, common decency, and proper telephone etiquette. It is evident that she lacks the necessary training and competence demonstrated by representatives like Sophie. Aiyah's inability to operate systems and her deceitful excuses further showcase her unsuitability for her role.

I strongly urge the management team at BSW to conduct a thorough investigation into Aiyah's tenure. Her continued presence in a customer-facing role jeopardizes the reputation and integrity of your brand. Immediate action is warranted to address this alarming issue and reassess whether such an individual aligns with the standards of professionalism and service excellence expected at BSW.

The call occurred approximately at 11:04 on 01-01-2024 and lasted 4 minutes. This matter demands immediate attention and resolution to prevent further damage to the company's reputation.

So untrustworthy! One of the worst experiences of my life…

One of the worst experiences of my life to have to deal with these kinds of people! So untrustworthy!! Waiting for months!
They give you appointments that they will never attend or cancel last minute with no reason, at the point of having a lot of so many days off unpaid waiting for them to come. Unbelievable and completely appalling!

Poor service and performance

Since the beginning of December we have had continuous problems with the hot water and heating. I have called them already more than 6 times because we don't have water, and they seem not to care.
The first time I called them was on the 3rd of December, and didn't get a visit until the 6th of December, and I did not have hot water until the 8th of December.
One week later (15th December), we had the same issue. They managed to fix it before the end of the day, however, I had to call them again few days later (18th December) for the same issue. The hot water returned before the end of the day, however, once again, I had to call them this morning (20th Dec) for the same reason.....
As per their feedback, the issue is communal, but every time we get a different excuse/reason, and we have been told to expect for this to keep happening throughout the rest of the month and January....
When calling them, they don't seem to see the urgency of the matter and their customer service is appalling

Terrible company to work for!

Terrible company to work for politics are a joke. Resident are treated like peasants. There is no accountability for anyone's actions. Resident are constantly left without heating or hot water or even worst with an unsafe boiler for long periods of times. Most of there engineers are sub contractors paid good money by the job that's why there in and out in 5 mins and on to the next job. I can't see this company wining any housing contracts or keeping the ones they currently have. Engineers will say they have attended your property when in fact they have not. I feel sorry for you if your housing association has BSW as there contractors. The management team have no clue and the lack of quality and safety throughout is shocking. Engineers receive zero training or updating. You are just a number to them. The current service director Natalie is bringing this company down fast and has no clue of how to rub a successful business! Keep your Engineers happy keep your residents happy keep your housing its simple. Do an honest job and respect people. There is a massive lack in the safety side of things and if they had a gas safe inspection right now I'm sure they would fail miserably. They are leaving residents lifes at risk by the sheer lack in quality in there engineers work. How any housing associations use them still is beyond me. Just look at the poor reviews and that's just the people taking there time to write one. If you have a choice stay clear of this terrible company.

Spot on as usual.

I really don't understand why so many neg reviews. All my dealings have always been dealt with on time. Boiler light was showing red at weekend, couldn't get it to re set. Called first thing Monday morning, they said they didn't have anyone available till Friday, but told msg be passed on and contact made. Low and behold at 5.30pm. an engineer came over and put it right, plus ordering a new part. Couldn't be happier. Nothing but praise for this company.

No Show

Had an appointment booked for today to have the boiler checked. They had a window of 4 hours. I received a text to say my 'Urgent' boiler check is scheduled in 8 days. No notification today's appointment was cancelled, no explanation, and no apology. So I have wasted a day sitting here waiting for their engineer. What a pathetic company

In the past they have been "ok"

In the past they have been "ok". But after being mucked about by them - after having a tiff with another contractor Osbourne, Muggins here had no heating for 4 days, stuck in the middle. Engineer was rude - couldnt leave fast enough after not having a simple thing as a boiler switch, i had to spend 2 days bombarding the Council with complaints. Absolute load of Pants.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.
My system failed and was left with no hot water or heating. Parts ordered and told they would arrive in 2 days then an appointment to fix would be made. Parts arrived within 4 days appointment made fir another 2 days days time. (6 days later) the engineer didn't arrive after taking a day off work to wait in. Called the office to be told the engineer has run late on a job and can't make it. No communication to let me know about this after waiting in. They rearranged the appointment for 3 days later(9 days later) took another day off work to wait in for engineer to come. Once again didn't show. Called the office again to be told the person who booked the job didn't assign an engineer to that job. Not happy at this point. Was promised a priority call out for the next day(am) (10 days later) took another day off work. Waited home AGAIN for the engineer not to show once again. Called the office to be told another appointment had been made for 4 days time (14 days later) Once again took another day off work waited in and SURPRISE the engineer didn't arrive. Called the office and said this is unacceptable as have taken 4 days off work not paid waiting for engineers to arrive. The operator taking the call was really rude and abrupt towards me. Had the attitude of I don't care. I said I want to make a complaint as this is unacceptable, to be told I couldn't speak with the manager and had to write an email. I ended up taking my business elsewhere using a reputable company who couldn't have been more efficient and helpful. Having the heating system fixed within 3 days of contacting them.

Worst company with poor service and lack of engineering staff

If there would have been an option of negative stars, I would have chosen that to rate this company.
They are th worst in providing support towards heating support.
I live in Notting Hill Genesis property who have a contract signed by this company recently. Our house is out of heating and hot water for last almost 48 hours, still the job has not been allocated to an engineer. The housing manager and myself calling them and chasing them; however, their response is poor and non empathetic.

Horrific company

Horrific company. They have just taken on the contact for TDC and are as useless as the old company.
Iam a cancer patient with no heating and they won't come fix the boiler. I have been told someone will contact me in 24 hours. Absolutely not on at all. Iam sick. Iam frozen. Iam crying. They should hang there heads in shame.

BSW should be shutdown!!

BSW should be shutdown!!! Not sure how this company hasn’t been picked up by services!!! I have no idea!!! Cowboys!!! Risking people’s life’s!!! Over 5 complaints!!! And left without a boiler for a matter of weeks!!! Rude staff all round!!! Housing Association hire this company!!! I am sure the bloods on there hands!!! Let alone stealing money!!! Fraud!!! Definitely don’t know how it’s getting away with murder!!! Gas failures are totally against the law as these guys fix the paperwork and out right lie!!!

Awful awful company

Awful awful company ! Stay well away ! A whole week without any hot water or heating with 3 little ones at home . One cowboy came out said he had fixed it and hadn’t in fact done a thing ! What was suppose to be a 24 hour call out turned into a week where I am still waiting for someone to even turn up after having someone house sit day in day out after being told every single day someone is coming . Now been told they can be here any time before midnight . Who on earth wants a strange man in their house at this time of night ! Disgusting
