This is the second course I have done with BSY, I love that I can do it in my own time. Also the comments from Tutors, carefully studied my answers to questions.
Hopeing to do furtyher study this Autumn/Winter.

I’ve been with BSY group for many years. Personally I love their correspondence courses as they fit in with my life perfectly. You get lots of guidance and support - but you are also left in control to make it work for yourself. The first course I did was Hatha Yoga teacher and then Hatha Yoga class instructor - that gave me my way into insurance which they help with and I began teaching - that was way back in 2001. I’ve carried on with more courses as I love the knowledge that the courses bring you and among others I went on to study Massage, Reflexology, Chakras, Native American teachings, Astrology- and so much more I’m studying Meditation at the moment. All thanks to BSY it can and does open so many doors for you - I would highly recommend them. I’ve never looked back - just onto the next course that takes my interest.

I’ve enjoyed every course that I’ve worked on with BSY and have completed quite a few. The feedback from each tutor has been positive and encouraging. I’ve started another course Creative Writing and my plan is to incorporate all what I’ve completed from BSY courses into stories for children and have already sent in my first module. I highly recommend BSY and have made a list of other courses I’m interested in.

The staff are very supportive and friendly. The payment scheme makes it very affordable and sometimes they do a buy one get one free ( or 50% off)
The range of courses is fantastic. I would highly recommend BSY

Great admin support on a Sunday. Fast response. Great course and tutors definitely recommend to anyone keen to learn.

Firstly, I would encourage people to do some research beforehand and watch out for how things are worded as there is a significant lack of clarity, for example, whilst the course description does not state that it's an online course, in case no one noticed, it does not state that it is a paper course either! No where on that Advanced Herbalism course page, course overview, level and qualifications, support or course fee sections does it mention clearly that it is a paper course. In fact, on the section for how the course works, all it says is "Upon enrolment you receive your first course lessons" but perhaps to make this more clear, it should say "Upon enrolment of this paper course you will receive your first lessons by post". Then it goes on to say "At the end of each lesson are a set of questions. Completing these can aid your learning and help you master each step before moving on to the next. Your next lesson will then arrive for you to continue when it suits you." Again, this can easily be mistaken for an online course, but to make this more clear, it should say "At the end of each lesson are a set of questions to answer, that you can either post back or submit via an email. Completing these questions will aid your learning and help you master each step before moving on to the next lessons which will be sent in the post. Once arrived you can then continue at a time which suits you." This is giving the customer clarity, avoiding any confusion, misunderstanding or misinterpretation. Additionally, BSY state "graduates of this course can also obtain professional liability insurance" but you do not need a Level 4 to obtain professional liability insurance. As someone who is about to graduate a Psychology degree and take a masters (and no I'm not a young student) I at least thought the course content would deliver a bit more than 3 herbal suppliers... 1 for dry herbs, 1 for food grade oils and 1 renowned herbalist. A mere paragraph, seriously? Whilst the course lessons are beautifully presented, the content was underwhelming. People really need to look around at options before settling because I found the exact same course syllabus, Level 4, QLS endorsed and CPD Accredited via another competitor as well as a Level 5, QLS endorsed and CPD Accredited, both at a fraction of the cost of BSY.

Studying herbalism has been a wonderful experience at BSY. The course is written and presented in such an engaging way that it’s genuinely enjoyable to read and easy to understand. I often found myself eager to complete one assignment just so I could move on to the next. The sense of curiosity it inspired just made the whole journey even more rewarding. Credit goes to the writer and everyone involved in creating such an amazing learning experience.

BSY massage course is absolutely fantastic, the tutors are there to support your every needs. Their support team are impeccable.

I love the way I am allowed to take my time to study. The company is GREAT to study with. My Tutor communicates effectively and are supportive. Herbal course helps me to understand what different Herbs is used for.

All staff and tutors are so helpful, with great explanations to help you on your way. Great courses enjoyed them all, roll on the next!

I liked the course content. I was told on enrollment that there was no time limit on completing the course and with cancer twice it interrupted my study. I was then told that actually there is a time limit. That created some anxiety as I was worried I wouldn't be able to complete it, despite spending years working on it.

I would've liked to have feedback on my final result as I worked very hard.

Lovely place to study your courses and great support from tutors.not only that they posted my certificate on time .

Such a understanding company, I actually started my course in 2014 but I only just finished it this year and Passed with a high Distinction, they were so patient with me, I had lost bith parents, and life was difficult & BSY were so supportive, they were there to answer any questions, fantastic company.

BSY course I took was a delight to do, I could it in my own time at a pace that suited me. Any support I needed was always on hand, the staff are always helpful, respect and easy to talk to. Thoroughly recommend any courses.

I contacted them to ask about my course that I paid for and started a few years ago and never finished. I also asked about a potential course in counselling as I am just about to finish my degree in Psychology and counselling. I got a curt response saying that I should of completed within 2 years and to check out FAQ to see if answered my enquiry. There was no response to my other question about a counselling course. I used to find them very knowledgeable and courteous but very disappointed in this response. I Since leaving this review I have had some communication with Charlotte who was very courteous and knowledgeable. I have been able to continue my course which I am thrilled about. Many thanks Charlotte!

I really enjoyed this course and learned so much. There was help if, and when I needed it from friendly helpful staff. I have been able to help people understand the aspects of their dreams for which I am very grateful. In to my next course now
