I ordered a West Highland Terrier Pendant from this Company, on 09/12/22 despite several e-mails to them, re non delivery, I am still waiting, and getting no reply to my further e-mails asking for Pendant or a full refund.

Bunch of scamming robbing thieves, do not deal with this bunch of thieving scum.

This company is a shambles ordered three chains with dogs cradled in angel wings paid for them never arrived been sending emails to them since December as they were for Christmas presents said they replace my order or give me a refund I have had neither now my emails are being rejected total rip off of a company

Total total scam. I ordered pendant and scarf to be sent to New Zealand. Tracking number said it had been delivered to a town at bottom of North Island....postal address was a town at the TOP of North Island. At first they said it would be resent, but now after several emails, their account and website have gone.

I ordered 3 neck chains as Christmas presents. They had a dog on wings as pendents. On the website they looked great. What arrived 3 weeks after Christmas were 3 pieces of plastic, if I saw these attached to a keyring in a pound shop, I would ignor them as being rubbish. After many email I got a partial refund. Verdict SCAM artist

If I could put no stars I would complete and utter scammers item sold arrived was utter garbage asked for a refund and was offered 8 dollars 57 emails later and the offer Is the same shower of con artists item was worth about £2 utter garbage do not buy ever from these people update kept offering silly refund amounts then blocked.my email after 28 days shower of scammers beware also flying under several other banners now on fb

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I ordered two items from btsking.com and was informed they had been despatched. Nothing arrived. I emailed and was told the items had been delivered! No they hadn't. btsking told me (|||) to chase with the delivery agents. I informed btsking that this was THEIR responsibility not mine and they should chase. Repeatedly I have chased btsking getting the same replay each time - "Our team is chasing this up." But inspite of my requests for either, send items again or refund my money. Nil response.

I bought my wife a necklace which was meant to be a Christmas present last year but never got delivered all i get are we are sorry emails. Very disappointed i think Facebook and Instagram should be held responsible as they let me advertise on there platforms.

I ordered a necklace in good faith after looking at an image on the website and the description. I waited the 4 weeks suggested but when the necklace arrived I was shocked. It was meant to be a stainless steel sleeping Jack Russell surrounded by wings. I received a photo of a sleeping Jack Russell encase in perspex.
I paid £21.99 for this item to included a box and postage. Thankfully I paid using Paypal and am presently awaiting the resolution of the dispute. Companies like BTSKING should not be allowed to falsely advertise.

Paid over 20 pounds and received nothing apart from a tracking code that was an absolute load of rubbish. After many placating emails from them I have nothing and they have my money!! I am now getting emails returned as their email is now not active. Got their link from Facebook market place, a big mistake from a uncaring Facebook!
Have absolutely nothing to do with them unless you are a criminal investigator

Don't order from these people - they take your money, don't deliver and don't care about sorting it out. I placed my order 6 weeks ago, and it has supposedly been with the delivery courier for the last 4 weeks. Do they care? No, absolutely not, all I get is "we're very sorry, please bear with us" then never hear anything unless I chase again. Save your money, or buy from someone you can rely on.

Do NOT buy from this so called company. Paid £21 inc postage for piece of plastic which should have been stainless steel pendant of dog. In small print they say full refund available but they only offered me $7 and said they couldn't afford to refund me any more so I reckon company went bust. Bit of plastic and cheap nasty chain was binned! Only plus point was at least they communicated with me via e mail.

I ordered for my wife's Birthday, it never arrived, I wrote and got a reply from them, telling me to check the postal service, I read some reviews, but decided to buy regardless, BIG MISTAKE. Never again, £21+ Taken, nothing in return, and yes I am an O. A. P.

Item was not as described item was poorly made, cheap & nasty piece of plastic with a cheap chain. The whole item was of no value... tried to contact them but there Email is not valid...

It never arrived and have e mailed them ot getting any replies if I don't hear by tomorrow I'm taking it to trading standards it was for a friend in memory of her dog it was ordered on the 4th of December 2022

Ordered some cute sleeping dog charms and after 2/3 weeks of no delivery I tried to chase them!
All I get is they shipped it and it’s the post office? The Uk post office no nothing and the tracking No is incorrect!! I have sent numerous emails to no Avail!!!!

Absolute rubbish product - images used in marketing do not relate to the products at all-the quality is abysmal. Bought two Angel wing pendants and Well I was shocked for what I received. A very poor quality image printed on a poorly cut piece of opaque perspex, the chain as also very poor quality, not something you would expect for £15.99.

And to top that, if you are not happy you have to pay for the return yourself.
