There is a few common reasons why is may have not worked. I can send you some more and help you work out why.
Usually its because you haven't used Original Fairy Liquid or The Blue antibacterial Fairy Liquid.
Or some type of contaminant has got in, like fabric softening and some air fresheners can kill the liquid.

Creates massive bubbles easily, it works really well! After trying various home made mixes that didn't work I thought I would try this. It arrived quickly (a much smaller bag than I imagined but the powder goes a long way and seems like it'll last a while). It didn't initially work for me, but when I contacted Cherly at Bubbly Heaven she was really helpful suggested some things to change. I was using a cheaper fake Fairy Liquid and once I changed to the real one it worked a treat, but also found it really good customer service, and an offer from Cherly of other help if needed. Really glad and our kid is really excited by them. I will definitely buy more.

Amazing bubbles
Ordered 25l worth of bubble mix for a large party. Made great bubbles, every one had fun! Order arrived very quickly.
