The app does not provide all the info, the charges are arbitrary and do not provide necessary explanation and when trying to contact the customer service the chat is either a bot or very rude operators.

The worse customer service that you may encounter, they’d never give you a solution, always the same answer: I will check with my manager and get back to you in a few days. This was supposed to be a free of charge bank account, nevertheless they charged me the annual fee. Impossible to try to close the account online, neither with a PEC email or chatting with ge extremely irritating customer service. The CSR asked me for all sort of documents, which I sent to finally tell me I needed to send a racommandata!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Good luck to close the bank account. The application is glitchy, the concierge takes forever to reply. They are never helpful and always replies in the same way.

It’s only for Italian residents! Don’t move or they will close your account. Not only that, but even though I gave them my new address, they sent the notification of the account closure to my old Italian address.

Overall poor assistance, and they do not keep track of the customer, leaving people with a very generic and superficial experience, very distant from the advertised.

Maybe they should invest in a good CRM integration?

This is not a bank! I get a notification every day, that the server doesn’t respond. I can’t do anything with this app since a month now, I’m trying to get the money to transfer it to my new bank account, but that’s not how a bank/app should work!!

This is not a bank! It's a joke.
They froze my account because I received payments from New York. Took them 3 weeks to unfreeze my account.
They later froze my account again and took all the money from my account claiming its a partial reversal because the transaction was a fraud. What???!!!!

Its been 3 weeks after the reversal was made and the money has not been received by the bank in the states. My money is now in LIMBO. What a bank!

They refused to provide a new bank statement showing the reversal, a tracking number for the transfer, or any other evidence that the money was reversed to the right bank.

And the Concierge, I have no comment!

Impossible to open an account, zero assistance, you keep getting the same scripted emails a hundred times, it drives us mad…..

My account has been blocked for over a month because their customer service is unreachable. They replied after 1 month, and after forwarding the same email over 30 times every day. It is really the worst customer service ever seen - do not get account with them!!

This "buddy bank" is a scam, they were super fast to contact me via video call to open the account, I gave them all my Italian documents, and they were supposed to activate it within the following 24 hours, well they never did and 2 weeks pass by so I had to request the cancellation, that they finally did after another week of cero response, not reliable at all! don't fall for this TRUFFA!
