Fast and efficient

From start to finish the process has been straightforward with plenty of friendly phone calls to explain every step. Every member of staff have made me feel at ease and listened. It has taken a few days for it all to go through but worth it in the end. Thank you so much

My son arranged a loan and I have acted as guarantor. The process was straightforward and all the people I spoke to at the company were polite and explained the process clearly. They were concerned to establish that I was aware of my responsibilities as a guarantor and gave me every opportunity to ask questions.

Good customer service really polite and fast workers

Could not fault this Company. Tried Amigo, desperately poor service (30mins hold queues, pedantic details, etc). Tried Buddy Loans, they were lightening fast, courteous, patient, didn't have major concerns and were equally quick paying out.. think it was around 30mins from final approval to money in the bank. Would highly recommend if I needed a loan again

I have had a lovely service with buddy loans. They were nothing but helpful and lovely throughout the whole process and kept me fully up to date with what they were doing, they have made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole application

Awful customer service, I couldn’t get past the first 3 mins of the call, the call centre operative was more concerned with why I needed the money, despite having filled that in their form, than affordability, guarantor etc. Told them to cancel and went to TrustTwo who were actually cheaper. If you want someone to speak to you like you are signing up for government benefits, they’re perfect!! Execept they are a business and need your custom to survive, someone might want to tell their operatives that.

Budy lian only manipulate people by sending meassage ...i had lot of time experience ..like i got msg approved 15000 loan amount but when i login my application has been declined while my cibil score are very good...i hope budylian management imporve their these kind of froud meassages..
