Hi there,
I tried to connect internet, set the date on "as soon as possible", it gave me same date but in the next month, incredible!
I went through website to see if it can be adjusted, so many links that lead to nowhere or redirect you back where you began.
Looked through customer service, they have bot that doesn't do anything that broken website doesn't provide, no real people on chat assistance, bot did give me phone number to call when I said Cancel.
Did look through website once again, looked up and saw they have review ratings of 8 out of 10 on some website I've never heard of, found that you can't really leave a review there, found that review website was dodgy...
Calling cancellation number bot gave me. Talking to real person, wrong department, ok? Get redirected 4 more times till I speak to India, ok, finally cancelled my contract.
Cherry on the cake was that this company had 14 day "grace period" that you could cancel contract for any reason, well, i did apply on Monday and today is Thursday and these scam artists already counted my "grace days"! I'm month away from my actual contract!
These people intentionally put you as far as possible and strip you from ability to test their service and have ability to cancel the contract.
