I've been ordering the NexGuard Spectra from them for about a year.
I thought these meds were coming from the UK but actually READ the shipping label - Singapore.
So other than the three week delivery time, I've had no negative issues with the product or the company.
Customer Service has been acceptable.
There's always some kind of discount available and their prices are below the competition.
I have NO reason to discontinue our relationship.

This company is a scam! I wrote them multiple times asking where my product was and they always had an answer, but I never received anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I have been buying flea and tick preventative and heart worm preventative for my dogs and cats for years from Budget Pet Care. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM! Shipping times can vary so I never wait until the last minute to order. Products are name brand and reliable. This company has saved me thousands of dollars over the years and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

BEAWARE....Order seresto fle collars and when I receive them they didn't look the same so I called seresto company and was told that your company sells fraudulent collars...

I was sold a counterfeit revolution plus cat flea medicine. Ok use this product on my cat and I normally buy from my vet for months. The product received does not work at all. After two months, my cat is full of fleas and has developed a rash where the product is applied. I contacted them via messenger and email and so far, no answers.

Great service, extensive selection, excellent prices. Often a discount coupon with every order. They get the product in the mail quickly, it does take a bit longer to get here from the U.K., but we always order a 6 month supply a month before it's due so next day delivery isn't a need for us. Mostly, we order here due to best prices.

I was quite surprised & pleased at how quickly I received my order. I was told it could be up to 10 business days, but I actually received it in 3 days. (Wow, all the way to the US from the UK.) Also, the customer service rep. I spoke w/ was quite knowledgeable and quickly answered the questions I had regarding my order. Kudos!. The price of the product I ordered was only 1/2 of what my vet wanted for it. I will definitely be reordering our Bravecto from you in the future.

We placed an order and, about 10 days later (shipping from Great Britain to western Pennsylvania) received the wrong item. Contacted customer service and within a day they replied. New product was sent, and a postage-paid envelope also came to return the wrong items. Received the replacement the other day and am very happy since it was the correct product. EXCELLENT, responsive customer service!

Stay away. Customer service is nonexistent. I called and was told I would receive an email with directions on how to make a return. Email NEVER arrived. I then emailed them to inquire and NEVER received a response.

Best prices and good delivery. Love the auto subscription reminders to ensure my pup gets her meds and stays on track with fleas & ticks and her heartworm treatments. Saves gas on that 120 mile trip to the vet to pick up every 3 months!
