Lived the item, more importantly my grandson loved the item, my only wish is that the apron would have been two strands instead of one for the ties. But that's a very very minor issue.

This is amazing! They got everything detail down. My daughter drawer this pic and he had one arm up and they even got that right. When we got the box my hopes were very high and when we opened it I was blown away! This company does an amazing job!

They made a near spot on replica of my daughters lost stuffed baby penguin. I was fortunate to have many high quality photos for scale and from every angle. "Baby" was popular so we were fortunate to have many photos. I chose the preview option and only needed to ask for 2 small revisions before it was as good as anyone could ever be expected to make it. This version of baby was actually softer and much better built! Stuffed perfectly and the Budsies plush quality is legit. They mistakenly made her the default 16 inches tall the first draft even though I had made the specific request for 6 inches tall, so that was revision 1, then only one detail about the eyes for a second revision and we were golden. In the end they even gave us the oversize one for free! My daughter could not even believe what she was seeing. Baby was tremendously important to her and she was heart broken without her. There is nothing that could ever compare to making your child feel that good. She was stunned just trying to process the moment. She had like a thousand questions! I am just so so pleased to recommend this company if you are in a similar situation and can't find anywhere to purchase your lost stuffy anywhere on the planet like I was. Literally the best money I have ever spent.

Terrible place. It is like scam. Ones you order a product, they forgot about you. No one answer the phone and/or emails. it is a problem contact them. If you are lucky, maybe your product is going to arrive after 2 months of the purchase.
Stay away of that busness.

I sent in a drawing my son made and the plush was perfect. It looked exactly like the drawing and it's very well-made.

Perfect gift for my daughter

I placed my order at the beginning of April. My estimated ship date was May 27th. That was a long time, but plenty of time for a custom order. May 27th came and went. There was zero communication from Budsies and it was rather difficult to find a contact to get updates on my order.
We had a custom order that we needed two weeks prior to the 4th of July. So even not having our order by May 27th wasn't that huge of a deal because we still had a month to work with. Our custom order only fully processed by the end of June and we only received our custom order by Monday, June 30th.

I was so incredibly impressed with the end result. It looked EXACTLY like the picture my son drew!

They listened, kept us updated and did a great job. Happy to have our old friend back in a 2.0 version.

I could not call and talk to a designer or a customer service rep in person this is all done by email submitting back-and-forth therefore if I had the phone call product changes would occurred to my specifications the product looks great. But it needed changes that only can occur through a voice communication
Even artificial intelligence doesn’t always get it right but it needs voice communication. The product is great. It would’ve been greater if there was more voice communication or a zoom meeting and that’s why you get three stars

The order that I received was the incorrect color I have reached out to customer support and haven't gotten any response.

Update🎉 I would like to update my review I was contacted the next day after this review was posted and I would like to say the customer service was phenomenal they did offer me a partial refund for my inconvenience and I definitely appreciate that so I would like to change my rating to a 5 and now that I understand their color chart better I will be purchasing from them again in the future.

The Park Art Contest for kids was extra special with the winner's artwork turned into a BUDSIE! The recipient LOVED it!!!

I really loved how he came out! The details from his eyes down to the little buttons on his hoodie were fantastic. His head may be a little asymmetrical than symmetrical, but I love him anyways.

My wife and I took pictures of ourselves and tasked ChatGPT with creating stuffed toy versions of them. They came out so well that I decided to send them to Budsies to have the real stuffed toys created as a surprise for our anniversary. It took a while to complete them, but now we have really cool toys of ourselves.

I’m absolutely in love with my new Budsies matching plush! They created a stuffed version of me dressed exactly like I am as a teacher and it’s honestly the cutest and most creative thing I’ve ever added to my classroom!! The attention to detail is incredible, it looks just like me, from the outfit down to the matching accessories.

My students are going to be obsessed! I can’t wait to use it to help with classroom routines, storytelling, and even as a classroom helper. It's such a fun and engaging way to build connection and bring more joy into our day. Thank you, Budsies, for bringing this idea to life so perfectly. I can already tell this little “mini me” is going to be a beloved part of our classroom for years to come!
