Packed wrong item and refused a complaint

We ordered some goods from this company with delivery to Germany (they dont do EU deliveries). Since we are from Croatia, we have managed the package transport from Germany to Croatia on our own. In the end, they have packed and delivered wrong item (cheaper, of course) and, when we sent a written complaint, at first they apologized, accepted it and offer to send a correct product on the same address, and couple of days later, after our confirmation, they rejected the complaint since "it was sent out of the 5 days from delivery period". Total crap of company with zero responsibility for their customers. Highly unprofessional, zero business ethics. Good to avoid.
