Useless as it came with no box or instructions. When you email them they don’t even have the guts to return your email.

I recently bought an item for £27. When it arrived it was a totally different, cheap item, that was nothing like the thing I'd ordered and that could be bought for £4 elsewhere. I've contacted the company but, unsurprisingly, have received no reply. Scammers of the worst kind.
Don't buy from this company unless you can afford to lose your money.

This company is FALSELY selling products that do NOT match the item description.
I bought a “fuzzy cardigan” and got a cheap sweat suit material junk item. They offered NO replacement.
They deserve a ZERO star. I have pictures of the item I ordered and the item received. Nothing like the ad!!!

Lovely shirt, the shipping just took forever! The shirt is gorgeous though, nice fit, soft, and comfy.

Accidently ordered two identical sweaters. I want to return one, but will not let me do it.

The material was crappie. The one that's supposed to be denim material is some polyester. Looks like a house dress. The material on the other one is real thin. I thought they were made in SC. They came from China and took to months and it's sounds like they don't take the back. Boy did I get ripped off. It's my fault I didn't read the reviews.

Love the product fits well and very comfortable and they said they would give me the coupon for buying two items not sure if this is where I should mention this

Purchased for my mom who absolutely loves burnt orange colour. Fit her wonderfully. She was so happy on her 87th birthday with this gift. Lovely fit. Very pretty and feminine. Loved both sweaters. Took a little long to be delivered but worth the wait.

Was safe and sound in my mailbox in my apartment building

I just love the simplicity of this. It’s so soft and it lives up to and a bit exceeds my expectations. Highly recommend.

The dress was exactly like the picture, true to size and arrived in good time.

The two dresses I ordered are true to size and fit well. The fabric is like T shirt material. I have not yet washed either dress, but the quality of the fabric is substantial enough that I expect it will wash well.

The dresses did not look as good as they did in the ads. They will be fine for running around activities. The material is nice and customer service was promptly responsive.

Delivery was on time. The quality of the merchandise was good.

I had the same experience as other customers who have submitted reviews. The quality of the dress I ordered was not the problem - it was the fit. I notified them that I would like to return it. They did offer to exchange it for a different size but I could tell that a different size would not solve the fit problem. I was finally offered $12 and I could keep the dress. This is less than I paid in shipping cost! Based on another review I read this must be the standard response.
Companies like this should state their return policy before you buy.
