Sad sad dish

We ordered ultimate nachos appetizer with ground beef topping and when it came I was just shocked at how little toppings there were. It was just bare minimum and it cost $11.50. I just felt it was very sad....and I did not like all the lime on it.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, mediocre food, and dirty establishment. I went to the location on Dobbin Rd Columbia, MD and the management was rude and unprofessional. They got my order wrong THREE times and my wings were cold.

My grandpa

My grandpa, aunt and I went here and had amazing time food was delicious! Our waitress Annabelle, was the most kindest and greatest person there and it was her first week. This restaurant needs to be more recognized!

I was traveling earlier this week in…

I was traveling earlier this week in Bismarck, ND. I ordered the all-American Cheeseburger, since I have heard on TV how great their burgers are. It was fantastic. So, when I got home for the week, I talked my wife into trying the Moorhead, MN location Friday evening, she is never going to eat wings ever, so the burger was a great idea. We both ordered the same thing. I have never seen such a disgusting piece of beef; both were burnt and double cooked. I traveled for 43 years. I know burgers. So, how does one place do a great job and the next needs to improve drastically!

BWW has become ridiculous with their…

BWW has become ridiculous with their tactics. I place an order and the drop says 5:30. After you already place the order it says 6:10. Look I wouldn't mind as much if they were just honest...but the deceptive crap is childishly unethical. Of course there is no apparent way to cancel the order either. Then they have the nerve to have a tip request with no "no tip" button on a carry out order. You have to go in and manually change the damn thing to zero. People are sick and tired of this kind of garbage. I'm done with BWW permanently unless they decide to put on their big boy pants and carry out their operations with just a tiny bit of ethical behavior. Done with it! Out of all of you!

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Columbus

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Columbus, MS on 02/04/23 and the service was absolutely HORRIBLE!! They had no ice, I had to walk down to another restaurant, to BUY ice for our drinks, the waitress said the manager had gone to get ice, which no ice was never brought in as we were there for right at 2 hours! We had to wait forever on the drinks we ordered that was fountain drinks and I finally got up and got my own drink cause the waitress was nowhere to be found!! I won't be back nor recommend anyone to go and eat!!

Horrible manager Mike Rook wood location in Cincinnati Reanna…

Rook wood location in Cincinnati Reanna was an amazing waitress! She made our experience a lot better however! It took over 50 minutes for our food to arrive, which lead to the food being very cold. We notified the manager and waitress. The waitress was extremely apologetic bc they had some new cooks training. But the manager was extremely rude, he took no responsibility, he was an “ass” as we all agreed. Reanna apologized 10 times for his behavior. I appreciated her concern however if Mike does not want to be in the food industry he a as should get out of it or go back to Day 2 training covering customer service. I’m so sad I didn’t have a photo of the cold food!

"Attitude reflects leadership"
I've been a frequent patron of B-Dubs and it's the ONLY place I've stopped going bc of the service, which predominantly equates to weak managment. Warsaw, Indiana and Fort Wayne, Indiana Maysville Road in particular. Very unprofessional managers and rude servers and corporate turning a blind-eye or being lazy to correct the problem. There's harassment and division in both of those work places that I have witnessed and been told about by employees. A manager switched from Warsaw to Fort Wayne, rather young and obviously inexperienced has had several incidents that reflect badly on the B-Dubs name and I chose to avoid both places for these reasons. Get it together, Buffalo Wild Wings.

There was a long list of unpleasantries…

There was a long list of unpleasantries at the Twin Falls Buffalo Wild wings yesterday, I'll keep it as short as possible.
It took 20 minutes to be greeted by our server, but prior to that there were numerous food runners that brought out things to our table and offered them to us - things that weren't ours. They took forever to pour our drinks, charged us for two 6 piece wings when we said we wanted 12 wings instead of clarifying the wing count. They did this twice, so my 24 wings cost over $50. When asked about the ticket she said, "Oh, shoot, well you seemed so confident when you were ordering" So really, she just didn't care. This was also made apparent when she took my buddy's plate that still had two wings on it, wings he had been saving, after he got up to quickly use the bathroom. When confronted with his disappointment she promptly told him, "Aw, shoot, sorry, well you've still got beer so you can drink your sorrows" expecting a laugh that she didn't get. Twice we ordered fries to which she replied, "Our fries are trash" and waited for them to change their order. One got different fries, the other said, "cool, yeah, well I think I'd still like some if that's OK".
This server, Morgan, was really slow, didn't check on us, and didn't try to right any wrongs. Everything that she did wrong she didn't seem to notice it was wrong, this could be her lack of care/understanding, or their lack of training. I attempted to sympathize by blaming the trash service on the place being busy, but in reality, it wasn't busy at all. There were football games on, and everyone got there right about the same time and was sitting and drinking - almost as easy as it gets for a server.
I politely recommended some changes when I handed her back her ticket as we were leaving. Instead of taking a constructive criticism she threw it back in my face like it was my fault she wasn't good at her job. It was a real bummer to cap off a terrible experience.

great food aweful service

i love bdubs so much and love their food but today we have been here 2 hours aweful aweful service she BARELY checked on us we got our food after an hour and than we waited about an hour to get the check. the third time asking for the check nicely she said very rudely i am working on it. and she came over and started cussing at us. again food is amazing but the service was aweful.

the worst place to eat wings were so small took for ever to get are food 1 order came and 20 mins later the other order came never got the Buffalo tots we order she never came back to refill are drinks had to go in the kitchen to get manger out to give me my check never came to ask us what was wrong till i went and and ask for check and then ask about are experience and tells me that's the way they do it with the order bring out randomly we eat like a family not one at a time maybe in Bahamas that's the way they eat not sure never been and the place was empty no less hope who ever owns the place reads this i had to eat upset ruined my dinning experience he needs to see what goes on here when he's not there i will never eat at anther buffalo wings place again its a shame food service now a days is so bad rude not polite oh he took $10.00 and the bill and tots off big deal ruined the dinner being a chef i know how long it takes to make food it was uncalled for i will add my reviews to other reviews need

Myself and a group of women went to…

Myself and a group of women went to buffalo wild wings for a cocktail on Monday night around 4 Jan 2nd 2023 in the deer park north babylon location and the bartender on duty was extremely rude and unfriendly! He completely ignores us for the longest time, we end up leaving without ordering a drink because of his condescending idea! We will not being going back

Very embarrassing customer service

I very much regret my visit - I really wouldn’t even call it a visit! I had just gotten out of a hockey game and me and my friends were starving and we decided to try bw3 out and when we went in there was no one in the front but very crowded in the back and there was not much direction from there. But there was people in front of us and the waitresses and waiters wouldn’t even make eye contact with us after almost 15 minutes! Then the people in front of us left and I find this ridiculous because they didn’t even try to acknowledge that we were standing there.

Placed online order, but no comments section to specify food temp. Call location, left phone on speaker and it has been 47 minutes. last time at location, not enough staff. Food took 50 minutes. This place is headed downhill fast!!

I called the Spartanburg location near…

I called the Spartanburg location near Dorman Center Walmart and received such a pleasant service. Their staff member by the name of Bryan was so amazing. He was patient humble and very helping. He had all the qualities you don't see in customer service any.more! Buffalo wildwings is lucky to have you!

One star is too high

One star is too high! Not crowded and waited 30 minutes for a beer. Working on 45 minutes for our food, oh by the way, it is coming out one plate at a time…out of chips, out of several beers in the menu, horrible management and service. We are DONE!

Went to the Westminster location to buy a gift card…

Went to the Westminster location to buy a gift card. Waited several minutes for service, when she came up she had an attitude and said, ''what do you want"? I told her I wanted a gift card and the amount. She took the card, ran it through and then threw it on the counter. I handed her my money and she said I owed more. I had to pay a .99cent take out charge and .06 tax. I sure hope the recipient of the card has a better experience. Won't be back.
