Terrible experience. We had guests over and spent £135. The food was 100 minutes late and stone cold on arrival. Their phone number doesn’t work and repeated requests via the app asking them to communicate with us were not acknowledged let alone acted on. A vey stressful and disappointing evening was had as a result. There was not even an apology when the delivery driver arrived. His comment was; ‘ I ain’t late. Nothing to do with me.” I cannot remember a worse food delivery.

Although the food is good, having to warm it up in the microwave after it arrived is unacceptable. I realise that they have a fair distance to travel, but telling me it will take 1 hour then arriving after 2½ hours is also unacceptable. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired too. A simple message informing me of the delay should have been the first step. This is the second time I have ordered from them with the same result. Never again.

Don't think about ordering food from here! I ordered dinner for my family and was told it would take 30mins to arrive. It took over 3hours. It's not the first time we've had problems with delivery times either. They also don't answer the phone so there is no customer service there at all. Shame as the foods pretty good but the service lets them down. LAST TIME WE EVER ORDER FROM HERE
They never delivered my order
End of November 2022 I ordered 3 bags of pellets. We are now in February 2023 and I have called them 4 times. Every time I call they tell me the team are all busy and they will get back to me. They never did. The last time I called, I finally received an email from a guy saying my pellets would be sent on Wednesday and should arrive Thursday… that’s now 2 weeks ago and I still don’t have my pellets…
Safe to say I won’t ever buy anything from BuffBBQ again.
Bought the primo 400xl
Bought the primo 400xl, got broken befor left shop as mistake by handlers. Waited weeks for it to be fixed and sent (but that was agreed) when turned up was supposed to be 2 man delivery team on a flatbed. Was 1 man in transit expecting me to help unload the 150kg bbq. Then help him unpack. Items were not included that was stated on website so had to get back incontact for delivery of these items. Been assured they have parted company with this delivery firm. Has been a slightly longer experience than I may have hoped. But all worked out in the end.

I purchased my smoker back in July. It was to good to pass on for the price.
Leading upto the purchase I was able to chat with someone over the open chat panel, that was extremely helpful.
After my purchase I was able to contact the team when I saw discrepancies. They jumped straight on it and fixed all issues.
The team even went as far as offering a free build of the bbq, also going as far as if I ever get any small issues to contact them and they would be willing to keep this smoker going for years to come.
All of the team went above and beyond. They smoker is amazing and I know where I’d go to buy it again if I ever want to upgrade.

I never usually review companies but i have been so impressed with Buff BBQ i had to leave some feedback. Their website, staff, customer service are absolutely impeccable. I would 100% recommend them and will definitely be ordering from them again.

My experience with Buff BBQ so far has been outstanding. The quick response to my interest in purchasing a smoker was second to none. They matched the price promise and also built my smoker which was an unexpected bonus. I would rate customer service 5 star!

I think the Buff team would agree that we didn't have the smoothest sailing throughout this process, however, I truly believe that I have had very unique circumstances, that are certainly a one-off.
My order took a very long time to arrive but there were lots of good reasons for the delays and the team informed me and attempted to circumvent the problems each time.
The bottom line is, I have a great BBQ now and I received a gift for my inconvienance and I would not hesitate to use Buff again. Thanks to Josh and Steve.

These people are amazing. Completely understand the meaning of customer service. I will not be hesitating to go back to them time and again. The good news is they are going to start doing rubs and sauces . Can't wait for that .well done to Buffbbq for being a go to.company for all my bbq needs . After a delay due to the overseas shipping troubles my bbq arrived and I couldn’t be happier, I had a little issue starting off and the buff team were prompt and even offered to FaceTime me.

Although a long delay in delivery due to world we live in currently (through no fault of Buff BBQ) the item arrived and was assembled by my wife and is standing beautifully in our garden.
