Stroller upgrade for travel.
We upgraded our stroller for a recent trip abroad. The bugaboo butterfly made it so much easier for travelling. I love the fact that I attached the car seat to the stroller and took them both to the aeroplane. The UV protected hood was really helpful and my baby found it very comfy. In fact he fell asleep no problem in the stroller every night on holiday and I had to transfer him to the travel cot when asleep. The only downside I can see so far is I wish the basket underneath was deeper.

Happy with the service. High chair baby set plastic frame could be thinner.
Order was easy and delivery was quick. I have some reservations about how much space the giraffe baby gift set allows for the baby’s thighs. We didn’t find it easy for the baby to be placed on or come out easily. Otherwise the high chair is quite good. Sturdy and easy to set up.

Very quick warranty response
Our bugaboo parasol broke. As it was under warranty, I sent Bugaboo a message; they immediately responded and dispatched a new parasol, all within less than two hours of my initial message. Very forthcoming customer service.

I placed an order on the website on 14.05 , on suncanopy konges&slojd, the order was sent , the courier for some reason did not make a delivery to me, I immediately wrote to bugaboo support, to which I received a reply that my order would be returned back to bugaboo , and unfortunately they would not be able to resend my order to me. .
Today is 27.05, so far I have not received a refund for my order . I am very upset with the bugaboo service when I recommend you to everyone, in the end I was left with nothing, no one answers my email about when I will receive my funds!

No help even though it’s their mistake
I ordered a small part for my Bugaboo stroller through their website – the order I received was incorrect because they had linked the wrong image on the site. Even though it was their mistake, there was no help to be found. They couldn’t even send me the correct item after o returned mine. I will never shop through their website again. Customer service avoids responding and instead sends long, meaningless messages about how much they want to help you.

Really bad customer service and…
Really bad customer service and company! Wanted to order a new Fox 5 renew but they won't allow you get the sign up 10% bonus due to a promotion of a free Baby Rocker chair which I do not want. I asked if could remove that from the order and apply the discount instead as that is more needed. But they declined this. They also sending me the wrong T&C on this sign up bonus. Now I need to wait until their promotion ends to be able to use the discount, which they do not know when.

Excellent product, fast delivery.
Excellent range of quality products, I ordered a breezy for my granddaughter's Fox 3 - had so many comments on how unique it is and it certainly has kept her cool and shaded in this hot spell. I wish there was a similar protection for her Butterfly beyond the hood only.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I have now had two defects with the Bugaboo Butterfly, part of the frame snapped whilst folding, that should not happen, but because I did not have a receipt (it was a present from grandparents who paid cash and did not have a receipt) they would not replace it, despite it clearly being either a design or manufacturing defect and the Bugaboo Butterfly only having been out for 2 years, so couldn't be any older. Secondly the screw from one of the front wheels came off whilst we were out, their response "We do not have separate screw for the Bugaboo Butterfly swivel wheels." So what I have to by a pair of wheels just because you cant replace a screw?? Will not be buying another of their products again.

Had a really disappointing chat with Rosiel
Absolutely put me off from purchasing another bugaboo the lack of care and customer service focus from Rosiel the customer service representative. Condescending and lack of knowledge. I messaged to purchase a bugaboo butterfly as mine was stolen at the weekend . No sympathy or nice sorry to hear what happened from this person. Just a rude and abrupt reply when I enquired about the release date of the new butterfly coming out . Needless to say it put me off from buying another pushchair from bugaboo. Way to go if you don’t want repeat customers bugaboo

I love the Bugaboo Butterfly however.....
I like the Bugaboo Butterfly which i recently purchased. It's perfect for my taller than average 20 m/o daughter. One of the only downsides is it's not sturdy on an uneven path, it tips easily with the back wheels being so close together. I also have the Bugaboo bee 6, purchased last year. However, the rain cover which comes with each of these pushchairs is beyond poor. Given the price tag, i would expect a much better quality. They are flimsy, crease easily, fog up and do not do well in a breeze never mind wind. Really lets down what is otherwise a great product.

Quick delivery
Quick delivery, good product however the flap which can be zipped up or down reveals a gap which defeats the purpose of the rest being mesh and the mosquito net. I would’ve expected the flap to lift up and reveal another mesh panel not a hole.
