Have just spent 20 mins typing a not so happy review to have it auto deleted...there is no mention of a word limit on this review page so I am not going to waste yet more time retyping it - I have wasted enough time on this order already!!

We are very sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion. We would like to apologise again that we were unable to supply the items that you ordered.
Unfortunately we had a problem with our description on the items that you ordered and this was despatched as single colour opposed to the dual colour as advertised.
The same day that you advised us of this error we tried to source the correct product. Unfortunately we were unable to source this product and as such we immediately gave a full refund and advised that you could keep the incorrect product as a gesture of good will.
We apologise again for this error.

I ordered this product and it arrived within the timescale specified. It wasn't next day delivery but then I didn't pay next day delivery price. The laser measurer was exactly as it should be and would recommend. I had the previous model but it used to eat batteries but the internal battery on this lasts a lot longer.

Top service even for small orders
I had been looking for a hand cultivator to use on my allotment - but could not find any that offered good value locally. After a trawl around the internet I found just what I wanted or the Builders Equipment website. My order was handled promptly and the cultivator arrived a few days later. Although it was a small order about £12 in total it was handled speedily and the packing made the cultivator safe to travel. Splendid service. Give it a try for anything you need.
