I'm building a large steel shed in…

I'm building a large steel shed in Southern Tasmania. I bought the shed kit from ShedsnHomes. The screws supplied were Buildex Metalteks. Out of 6000 screws supplied about two thirds of them were duds. I contacted Buildex in Melbourne who then put me onto their representative Enzo. Enzo requested I send samples to be tested in Melbourne and did acknowledge there had been a problem with some batches. No screw replacements, no further contact from Buildex after sending screws as requested at my further cost. This is the worst example of evasive irresponsibility I have ever encountered from any supplier.
