Received final building certificate with wrong description of work carried out, didn’t notice at receipt unfortunately. Sent emails to make corrections but nobody is replying and land lines redirect to same email with no reply. Now in process of selling house and our chain is collapsing on this matter. Wouldn’t use again

Having come out to Inspect our building work throughout the building inspector has disappeared no one is answering emails and will not reply. We want/need our certificate and the building work to be signed off. I have sent numerous emails along with our builder.

***WARNING*** Save your money and DON'T go with this company. They take your money but no one ever gets back to you. We have had many visits but we have been waiting for nearly 12 month for my final certificate. You can't ring anyone to see where they are with our project but only send an email which doesn't get read and no one replies. I will start my County Court claim for my fees to be returned plus other financial losses totalling around £3000.

If I could give zero i would. Avoid avoid avoid. We paid them in full. They inspected now won't answer calls or emails. We need signing off. Can't get hold of them. They take a month just to reply to an email

Terrible company, avoid at all costs! They have gone fully automated, but in reality it means they take your money and don’t do anything else. Please don’t use them or you will regret it. Even the website is terrible and hard to use.

Building Control Partnership was Recommended by architecture.

4 weeks literrally wasted with this company in which the end result was to cancel our project.

The phone lines are always off. When you ring it goes to automated message asking the caller to email.
Then anytime you email them, is where they take liberties. They will never reply to emails and there is no escalation to management and full refusal for callback.
I even labelled the emails as a official complaint as per their guidance to which they also ignored.

My building project has been delayed by a month which purely only down to this company. I am lucky I got out eventually but do not make the same mistake I did.
