I would not recommended this firm

While we had an initially good engagement it all went wrong after completion. The flat roof extension was never right and we experienced ongoing roof leaks we tried to repair and get them and their roofing contractor to address. Despite repeated attempts to get it sorted they kept fobbing us off and wouldn't repair it. Eventually quoted the 10 year warranty period having expired and walked away. I had previously recommended them to another prospective client so was very disappointed when they did this. I would not use them nor recommend them again. The roof is still leaking - worse than ever.
