An absolutely terrible company

An absolutely terrible company, charging thousands for machines that they dont deliver on. If you get your PC at all, there will be many things wrong with it and this company will ignore you until you threaten legal action. I finally received a response when threatening to do a charge-back. Unless its about the money, they wont respond to you at all.

They have deleted their instagram because so many of us were commenting and asking for help with our products. Me and others have started following up with each other abd none of us have had our issues resolved. Read reddit, do not use this company.

Nice PCs

I was recommend by a friend who bought two PCs from Build Pro. All three PCs including mine have been running great this entire time. The reviews are mixed on Trustpilot but everywhere else the reviews are positive for the most part.

Build Pro PC is a Terrible

Build Pro PC is a Terrible, Unprofessional Company – Avoid at All Costs

Build Pro PC is a terrible company. I was looking to order a PC from them and submitted payment. About an hour later, I decided to cancel the order because I was unsure of my purchase and wanted to do more research to make sure I was only buying what I actually needed. I canceled the order just one hour after placing it.

Despite this, Build Pro PC told me I had to pay a 25% “restocking fee”—which made absolutely no sense, because there’s no way they could have started assembling a custom PC within that short amount of time. When I reached out to customer support, they were incredibly rude and unhelpful, and told me there was nothing I could do.

So, I disputed the charge with my bank. After submitting the dispute, Build Pro PC emailed me and said they would waive the restocking fee and issue a full refund. I said thank you and immediately called my bank to cancel the dispute.

Then, unbelievably, I received another email from Build Pro PC saying they saw that I had filed a dispute and were now choosing to not refund me at all. My bank had already canceled the dispute, and Build Pro PC refused to issue the refund—leaving me with no PC and no money.

I went back and forth with them for weeks. They were nasty, rude, and completely unprofessional. At one point, they even called me a “dumb fing bch.” Yes—you read that right. Simply for asking for my money back on a product I never received, they called me a dumb fing bch.

I tried to leave reviews on their social media pages, and they blocked me.

Finally, months later, after constantly fighting to get my money back, they refunded me.

But it didn’t stop there. Today—months after the refund—I received a marketing email from them. The email was addressed to:
“Hello Dumb F*ing Bch, Build Pro PC is having a flash sale!”

Apparently, they saved my email in their CRM system with that label, and I’m now receiving advertising emails addressed to me as “Dumb F*ing Bch.”

This company is not just unprofessional—they are disrespectful, abusive, and borderline criminal. They stole my money, insulted me, and are now harassing me months later.

Do NOT do business with Build Pro PC. They don’t deserve your money, your trust, or your time.

PC took 2 months to ship

PC took 2 months to ship, their estimated time says 3-9 business days. After I got the PC it blue screens every 10-15 minutes with WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR (which is a HARDWARE problem). This is the product I received after stress testing? I requested a return slip on the 24th last month and I still haven't received it. (It is now Dec 8th)

Scam Website. Not A Real Business

Avoid Build Pro PC!! Don’t be dumb like me and buy from this company.
i bought a pc from them and they are a legit pain in the ass. the computer i bought took months to ship over to me and when i got it, it came damaged (probably from shipping) so i contacted the company and they said to ship it back and they will fix it. So that’s what i did, it took another couple months for them to finally ship it back to us. during that time they accused me of damaging the pc “but they would fix it for free anyway”. i was worried i was getting scammed so i decided to file a dispute with my bank saying that i paid for this computer but never got the pc (it had taken months at this point) and the dispute went in my favor. unfortunately the computer did arrive weeks after the dispute and buildpropc contacted me saying they would take me to court if i didn’t pay the amount soon. when i asked how to pay the only available option for me was through zelle so that’s what i did (mind you they were very slow to respond up until they didn’t have their money) a couple days later i found a second charge put on my credit card as the computer company had put in a dispute against my original dispute and my bank put the charge back onto my card. the computer company said they would be taking their dispute back so i wasn’t double charged but after that email they went completely silent. i tried reaching out to them multiple times but never heard back. i’m still trying to remove the charge. i originally bought this computer in the middle of january… again just don’t be dumb like me 😔

SCAMMERS, STAY AWAY!

Ordered a PC (X50) from this seller on 17th of April 2024 and still haven't received it.
The customer service was initially reachable, telling me it would be shipped in the next few days multiple times (which never happened) but after some time, the contact was simply broken off.

Despite multiple inquiries and promises that the package was shipped, I never received my PC. It turned out that I got scammed big time. I also never got my money back, which was 1200 EUR plus shipping. This company is absolutely unreliable and I strongly advise everyone against ordering here. It couldn't get any worse!

Additionally, all negative reviews on their website have been censored. This company is deliberately hiding the truth from potential customers.

Now I have to consider legal action to get my money back...thanks for nothing
