I required a PCC for a new build and Dominique provided a first class proactive service and responded to any questions very promptly.

Five months after the completion I required some additional admin support and Dominique dealt with and completed my requirement in less than an hour, amazing customer service.

Karen at London Belgravia was brilliant. She was really helpful all the way through the process of procuring Structural Defects Insurance and went out of her way to make things simple for us. She’s also very friendly and easy to deal with; nothing was too much trouble. Because of the service we had from Karen, we’d definitely use London Belgravia again.

Have your heard the term "not all superheros wear capes" Well I have just meet one by the name of Karen Wilson from LBB. Karen approached our complex situation with such calm professionalism which is not often seen these days. She always updated us on every part of the journey and would try her best to reassure us that the policy would be issued, without over promising. She truly is a very valued consultant. So Far this has been the worst service we have ever encountered. We have used NHBC, BLP and Premier which are all far superior.
Main issues have been no inspector bothering to turn up after agreed appointments, Reports not being sent when they should, then being lost. The final and worse experience is trying to get sign off as no one wants to take any responsibility what so ever.
Worse is the additional interest payments we have to pay due to ICW being completely not fit for purpose.

Buildsafe navigated me through a very stressful period with complete confidence and assurance. They remained approachable at all times to answer questions and chase the various parties.
We got there in the end
