No replies...

I am still waiting for any reply from them. I have written several mails in order to get my money for a case they have never sent. It is more than disappointing... I have never had such a poor service.
I do absolutely not recommend this shop.

Quick to take my money, poorly made tablet case, bad customer service.

To summarise:
Pro: nice looking tablet case, inexpensive.
Con: faulty product, clips came loose, camera cut out badly aligned, poor customer service.

ordered a BUKcase Original for my tablet which took 4 weeks to arrive. Although to be fair the website did notify me that there was a back log of orders so I was happy to wait.

When the BUKcase did arrive it was fine for the first 2 weeks until the little clips which secure your tablet in place became loose. This meant that my tablet would fall out of the case which isn't practical at all. Secondly I didn't notice straight away since I don't my tablets rear camera often, the cut out for the camera was misalliged. This caused photos to have a black splodge where the back of the case was obscuring the camera lens.

Bukcase states that they offer a 6 month warranty on all of their tablet cases. So I contacted BUKcase within 4 weeks of receiving my BUKcase for a replacement. BUKcase responded within 24 hours and asked me to send the faulty product back before they send out a replacement. Following instructions, I sent back the faulty BUKcase via Royal Mail signed for. 2 months had passed and still no replacement sent. Royal Mail confirmed that the parcel was received by BUKcase. I contacted BUKcase 5 times and each time someone would respond with one line emails e.g I asked if someone could investigate the whereabouts of my replacement and the response was "will do", another response was " someone may already be dealing with a replacement". Is someone dealing with it or not? All I wanted to know was if a replacement has been or will be sent out to me. I didn't mind waiting but customer service didn't have a clue or just didn't care. Either way, customer service was just plain rude. After several emails and being fobbed off by BUKcase customer service, I asked for a refund. A refund was processed the next day with no comments or an apology.

I have since bought another case for my tablet from a more reputable company and have had no problems.
