I purchased the ATS OST to PST Converter – Personal License from Ayush Tech believing it was a perpetual license. The description promised unlimited conversions, unlimited technical support, and personal use, but never mentioned expiration or single-use restrictions.

After formatting my PC, I reinstalled the software and was shocked to see my license marked “expired.” I contacted support and, instead of analyzing my case, they replied three times with the same message, asking me to buy another license and even suggesting a more expensive “business license” as the only “lifetime” option.

This shows a clear lack of respect for customers. The replies look automated, with no real effort to provide a solution.

It is unacceptable to sell a “perpetual” license, then later claim it has expired. Such practices are misleading, unethical, and harmful to consumer trust. Ayush Tech should honor the license terms as originally advertised.
