Hell experience with this brand
We purchased a swimming spa an S180XD with premium comfort, and any other extras we could find. It was more than 45K. Don't remember exactly but if course I have the invoice. The swimming spa arrived broken. When the dealer went to install. Pumps were not working, controllers, pipes were leaking, cover was bended and few other things. Their support can care less, I mean my dealer in front of me will call them and they will just say something like they are at lunch. It took more than a month already and it is still not completely fixed. Now the premium comfort bottom is falling apart. Less than a month with water on it. The spa needs to be emptied once again, this is a 15ft swimming spa.. think about the amount of water.
Bottom line even if your dealer is as good as the one I have, Bullfrog is a terrible choice. Their CEO should be ashamed of the support their employees provide and should fire more than once.
So, stay away if you care about your sanity.
Our next steps of course are legal action for fraud, deceptive marketing and failure to provide a safe product that performs as advertised.
Can provide all sorts of emails, documentation, picture and testimonials from all the backyard employees that we witness to this disaster.
Edit: Once again, Bullfrog support says they can't find me. Absolute rubbish. My dealer in Reno did more than enough to try and fix this with absolutely no real help from Bullfrog.
UPDATE:
Spa is still broken, they finally ship the parts and arrived to the dealer. Supposedly they are coming to fix things up. Bullfrog did nothing for us, not even an apology or an email. I am going to ask to reset the warranty to the date that finally the spa is working and I am going to file a complaint against Bullfrog for deceptive practices with the FTC. Honestly we don't even know if it is going to be safe to get in once is fixed.
Overall once again months and months after purchased and installed.
