When you are in the serious business like bullion. And if your company can deliver what it says on the website only to speak superlatives then it is a success. So advertising and delivering are two separate sides of one coin. Unfortunately, not only the bullion companies but also too many other companies don’t keep their promises as advertised. I received very poor service. I was cut off by your customer service. I called again thay said thay would get straight back to me .it was 90 minutes.
I listener survice persuaded my not to bother buying anything from you.

I am really sorry that you feel we persuaded you not to purchase the items you were interested in. This was something I wanted to understand properly, so I have taken the time to listen back to all of the calls you had with our team.
Firstly, I would like to apologise that it took longer than expected for your initial call to be returned. I appreciate that you were told an advisor would call you as soon as they were available, and I can understand your frustration at having to wait. In hindsight, it would have been better for us to explain that the advisor was dealing with a counter appointment, which can sometimes take a considerable amount of time to complete. Having reviewed the call, the advisor did return your call as soon as they were back at their desk.
I have also reviewed the conversation you had with our sales advisor regarding the item you were looking to purchase.
You initially asked for a specific item which, unfortunately, we did not have in stock at the time. The advisor discussed an alternative with you and explained the differences between the available coins, including the relevance of Capital Gains Tax.
During the conversation, you made it clear that you specifically wanted a new coin that was untarnished and free from marks or other signs of previous handling. The advisor explained that the only option we had available at that time was a second-hand coin. As these are pre-owned items, we cannot guarantee that they will be completely free from marks or signs of handling. The advisor also explained that we would not accept a return simply because a second-hand item did not meet the condition you were personally hoping for.
Given what you had told the advisor about the condition you wanted, I can understand why he felt it was important to make this clear before you proceeded with the purchase. You agreed during the call that this was the appropriate approach and decided not to purchase the second-hand option.
Importantly, the advisor did not simply end the conversation there. He added you to our alert list so that you could be contacted when the brand-new version of the item became available.
Having listened to the conversation in full, I do not believe the advisor was attempting to discourage you from making a purchase. In fact, I feel he was trying to make sure you were fully aware of the differences between the options available and that you did not purchase something which, based on the requirements you had explained to us, was unlikely to meet your expectations.
We certainly never want our advisors to pressure a customer into purchasing an item that we already know may not be suitable for them. Equally, we understand that our role is to help customers make an informed decision based on what is actually available.
I am sorry that the interaction left you with the impression that we were trying to persuade you not to purchase from us. Having reviewed the calls, I do not feel that this was the intention or what took place. However, I do appreciate that your experience and perception of the conversation were different, and I am grateful that you raised this with us so that I could investigate it properly.

Couldn’t have been a better experience
Couldn’t have been a better experience, I sent my items to them, the next day they rung me and said that I had under estimated the weight, they gave me another quote which was a lot higher, I accepted the new quote and the money was in my bank the next day, I would 100% use them again
