Bullion store have ongoing problems with their website. When l try to suggest other ways to purchase through them, I just get a whole lot of baloney about their processes and protocols. If they cannot find other solutions or creative ways to provide service to customers, they will and should, continue to loose business. I was advised by them to clear my browser history which only made things worse as l completely lost all my emails. Their level of incompetence, stubborn resistance to alternative solutions, and arrogance towards their costumer base suggests they are unlikely to succeed as a business. VERY POOR SERVICE AND ADVICE.
