It's an unfair system for me
I think the system is unfair because at one stage example price of silver at that company was £61 pounds. At that time the price of metal silver at any broker on the market UK America West Asia was all around £75 pounds roughly. On the platform prices went back down to £61 ¹oz in stocks.real metal was around £83. Then it's dropped to £51 . But real silver is over £100 was at one £107inc vat. . For me those maths don't work. Bullion vault. The other company I was talking about was bullying by post not may have nothing to do with you guys and I'm sorry and I'll take it back and update my statement. But the maths don't work. But customer service and the easiness of the system . 10/10. Please don't sue me 😂

Starting out
Firstly, I was looking to invest in gold and silver and had looked at a few alternatives. However the process with BV was straight forward and transparent which for a beginner was very important. Plus I was given a little silver to start trading. This is the start of a journey and I believe I picked a trusted, reputable company.

So far so good. Interesting order board and please avoid the validation phase .
Just get it done as I see so many people complaining about it.
Its necessary and every submission of documents were handled within 24 hrs.
Also an I.T issue I had was dealt with very quickly even though it wasn't an official complaint of any kind.

Disappointed with the service…
I am really disappointed with the service provided. It seems that no one reads into the uploaded documents for verification. I keep on receiving requests for uploading account verification documents for documents that were already uploaded. I am just about to cancel my account altogether
