Phone still not been sent after 5-days
I ordered a Motorola Defy 2021 phone from motorola.co.uk
It has been 4 days and I have been unable to get hold of the phone despite £200 being taken from my account within seconds.
When clicking "Buy Now" on the website, it redirects to
motorolarugged.com, which you don't notice as it still has the same Motorola logo and same website layout.
But you are now dealing with a different company "Bullitt Group".
These make mobile phones for the CAT construction company.
After I entered my credit card details it took payment and I received an email saying my order had been confirmed. At the bottom of the email it said it was from Bullitt Group with a UK address in Reading.
Motorola support have advised me I need to speak to "Motorola Rugged" (Bullitt Mobile which appears to be part of Bullitt Group). I telephone Bullitt Group they tell me I need to speak to Motorola.
Motorola have advised me to go to the Motorola website to fill in a form to cancel the order.
When you go to the website at MotorolaRugged.com (Bullitt Group), the form tells you not to request he cancellation as you will not get one!
After going back and forth between both companies I've given up.
I've had to call NatWest Bank and ask them to reverse the debit card charge as it does not look like the phone is going to be sent.
I am a very frustrated consumer but nobody it either companies seems to care.
All I can advise people is not to buy a Motorola Defy or any CAT phones as they all all made by Bullitt Group which seem to have very poor customer service.
