Bulls Head Breaston Below Standard
The pub used to be a regular place for my friends and I to visit.
Over the last 6 Months it has gone downhill. Marstons should be ashamed to have their name associated with this place.
The staff are slow when they are around. The queues are unreal, and they prioritise food customers when regulars are stood waiting to be served. They only work half the bar and I’ve seen people just leave when they have been waiting for nearly 10 minutes and ignored.
The management are never to be found and the toilets are dirty, I cleaned and the toilet seats are broken and toilet paper dispensers laid broken on the floor surrounded by urine.
The pub is seriously understaffed, and many of those that serve slow and incompetent.
Not somewhere I’d recommend going. Very disappointed.
