The offer from Arnold Clark made the ev charger from Bumblebee better priced which helps with buying an ev and Bumblebee were very friendly and informative to deal with.They came to install my charger quickly and the installer was very friendly and efficient installing the ev charger with no problems. He then helped me to understand how the app worked which I did appreciate.

The electricians were extremely efficient, friendly and very helpful when explaining the use of the system. They told us what to expect ongoing, as far as the national grid being in touch etc. We could not fault them in any way.
Lack of communication
Lack of communication, very poor customer service from Evan Kelly I felt he was fobbing me off excuses all the time and never returning calls when promised he would, my car was ordered January and the electric point was ordered the same day after sending what was requested and to be told the video was blocked and he said he would get his tech team to check it and still would be waiting to hear back from him and then his other partner mark answered phone and said send him the video so I did as he asked and for him to tell me he would sort it out and didn’t, I then rang up and was told a surveyed would need to come out, I then got a phone call at 9.30 the next morning off a surveyer telling me he would be coming out on 4th of may when I was due to get my new car on the 5th I asked if they would be putting the charger in on that day to be told no it will be another few weeks to which I lost all the nice chat and lost it with him and he told me that he would sort something out and see what he could do I then got a phone call 2 days later off a driver telling me he was on his way and was 45 minutes away,he came looked at the electric box and said that it was straight forward and I should’ve been a straight from the beginning, I feel so angry and annoyed that after so many months of getting nowhere and felt like it was just talking to a brick wall, the charging point was delivered the next day and was fitted on the Friday, I’ve been messed about and messed about for months for the job that needed doing was done in 2 days of a surveyer coming to my house, you need to teach your staff the basics of cummmunication also to realise that this was also explained that it was a disabled bungalow with disabled people living in it and to be expected to take videos and measurements and drawings of the route to and from the fuse box to the main electric box is stressful and not an easy task for older disabled people to carry out, maybe if you sent surveyors out to start of with then all this harassment and stress could have been avoided

The guys that did the fitting we super efficient, did the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves, all in all a well deserved five stars.
