Flowers did not arrive on the requested day. They arrived the following day and looked a little the worse for wear. Today, six days after arrival, they are looking rather sad.

Speed of delivery was good but the roses were browning at the edges.
First time using bunches but won't be using again as I wasn't happy with the quality.

Sent a bouquet (next day delivery) to my brother and sister-in-law for their Anniversary. The bouquet arrived on time and in good condition. Recipients were very happy with the flowers, said they were beautiful

There's always a great selection of cut and potted flowers and plenty of extra items available, very keenly priced and I have never had an issue with delivery.

After looking at their website, I selected a bouquet to be sent to a friend. The bouquet my friend received was not representative of the picture shown on the website. The bouquet received looked only half the size of that shown. Will not order from them again nor recommend their company.

Disappointed. Flowers all looked like they had been days in the post. Wilted and bruised.

First time buying from here and will again. Got next day delivery and they arrived beautifully, a week later they are blooming amazingly. I would recommend, especially since is few and far between places that actually send a bouquet constructed rather than in an envelope box.

Absolutely would recommend. I had some sent to me, and I was so impressed with the freshness of the flowers on arrival and the condition, I have since sent some to a friend, who commented how lovely they were and felt so fresh. This has all been in this hot weather we've been having. The flowers also latest well. They were beautiful!
