Bunnings Alexandria

I understand that this store is ginormous, and the staff can't be everywhere every time, so based on that, the service I received from Bunnings Alexandria, was exceptional.

I flagged down a staff member and asked where the item I was after, he showed me exactly where to find it.

I was in and out within 15 minutes.

Well I went to Bunnings after pricing…

Well I went to Bunnings after pricing online the materials I needed. I arrived at Bunnings to find out they didn't stock these item's. Instead I was having to buy premium items, eg. 12mm plywood structural, being at $90 a sheet instead of $56 at mitre 10. Don't shop at Bunnings.

Bunnings Joondalup Cafe

I visited the cafe while my husband was shopping at Bunnings Joondalup this morning. Awful service. First the cake I bought was shoved into my hands while I was still paying for the coffee. Then when I requested a cup tray for the 2 coffees an unfolded tray was chucked my way.

Bunnings Blacktown

Bunnings Blacktown has been my goto Bunnings, especially after Pet Food was introduced. I always found the items I needed in Stock. Staff is helpful. Rest of the setup is, as same as, other Bunnings. All the Isles are in ground floor so its a big convenience. Plenty of Open Parking Space and the store is easily accessible via Great Western Highway.

BUNNINGS MARKETPLACE DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM

Purchased item from Bunnings MarketPlace ... 3 attempted deliveries, couriers please also hopeless ... waiting on phone for hours, numerous emails resulted in nothing. Took weeks to resolve, and then only as PayPal stepped in. A complaint to PayPal, and the money was refunded. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service
I received the product 1 month late, when the advertisement said would take a few days. Firstly, I received a text message saying that the product wouldn't be delivered, without any explanation. I called bunnings customer service, and after waiting for almost 1 hour, the person said it's not related to bunnings as it was done through the marketplace, so too bad. Some days later, then I received another text message in the same sense, no delivery can be done without explanation or information at all. Tried to contact the supplier directly, but no phone numbers were found on the website and the only chance to contact them is through an email which was responded 24 hours later, asking me again for my address, as if that was hard to find? Anyway, I sent the response along with 2 emails more asking the reimbursement of the money I paid, but surprisingly, how strange, the emails were not delivered. 1 week later, as supposedly I never replied confirming my address, then the process of delivery stopped. With no other options to speak with anyone in order to recover my money, I just decided to not stress myself more and lose the money. However, all of a sudden, after some days with no information or response received, the delivery was done. No explanation, no excuses, no anything from anyone. Completely useless to call bunnings, and no chance to contact anyone as this information is not found on the website, or at least is hidden cause I couldn't find it. The worst service I received ever from an online platform.

I want to say that i am a customer and…

I want to say that i am a customer and i came to Australia for a holiday and i went onto one of the stores which was the one at penrith. I needed help for a gift but the person smelt like weed, and alcohol i know i can smell it off the there breathe. When i needed help they started yelling and getting angry at me. When i was about to walk away they argue and said dont walk away. I got a glimps of there name as it was like Kirby. They then stop me and walk uo and said sorry and they said i can make it up to you in another way which made me so uncomfortable and they tried to say they can hook me uo with what they taken. But then i walked away.

Bunnings sucks.

Bunnings sucks.
They take out all the small operators with prices then jack them up. Typical ruthless behaviour from Wesfarmers (owed by Blackrock now, of course). The app is slow and clunky af, they drive out the competition, and having worked there in the the yard I wasn't happy at all.
But, I guess you gotta buy your hammer somewhere...

Bunnings will email you asking for a review of a product you bought from them, but if you give a bad review, they won’t publish it. Sorry it doesn’t meet our requirements or something along those lines. If that’s not dodge, I don’t know what is.

I bought a Ryobi hybrid fan on 17 Mar…

I bought a Ryobi hybrid fan on 17 Mar 2025 at Bonnyrigg store. A staff member helped me to locate and fetch the last item in store (as I found there is only one available online at the time). He found the item but box had been damaged badly at the corner. I brought the box to the tools section counter and requested to item to be inspect before payment. She - the cashier just have a quick look through tiny crack on the box and made conclusion and said "the item OK! you buy or not buy is not her problem, take it home try it and if not satisfy can bring it back." This is an unprofessional manner. She said "I do have enough experience to do the job here. so don't complain or request me to open the box." If the box with no damage, I did not request to open it. Bunnings management team need to retrain new and specially young staffs to provide better services.

Two pkts of Panel Mounts

I purchased two packets of Panel Mounts - AUD 47.06, delivery AUD 10.00. Paying online the form clearly STATED 2 3 working days. Invoice sent to my email address; delivery changed to 30+ days. Very disappointed in the deception Bunnings !!!! I only rated this FAIL to be able to submit this review; otherwise a ZERO from me.

Purchased products online for my…

Purchased products online for my partner to pick up.
Put it on after pay. I did not receive an invoice statement but they were happy to take money. Phoned about problem they confirm the sale but said their system had a glitch. That was in February, Have now paid for full amount and still no product or contact. Afterpay just as bad.

A very knowledgeable stafferp

I asked a staff member at the garden centre Wangaratta if I could put in a special order. She was more than happy to assist me. Took down my details and advised me when my order would be available. A very helpful staff member and her name is Rikki. We’ll done for such great service.

Purchased a dining table online

Purchased a dining table online, what a BIG mistake, it says delivery within 3-5 business days, it took them 3 days to put the payment through, well they delivered the chairs and table legs, but no table, they offered me a $15 refund, I said no, where is my table top, they kept on stringing me along that it'll be there soon.

I rang head office who were NOT amused by the seller (3rd party), this was ordered in the 1/4/2025, after a call to head office they now said that it'll be shipped out on the 22nd and should arrive on the 24th, let's see, NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL BUY FROM THEIR ONLINE, so beware.

And mind you they still have the same dining set online with "available", what an efn joke.
