Don't bother ordering inline
I made an order online for collection, paid and got a confirmation email then that afternoon I received a call to say that the item I ordered wasn't actually in stock and would I like something else or a refund. 3 days later I got my money back. No big deal but I'd have thought it's not too difficult to keep stock up to date and if you're offering a convenience, don't make it into an inconvenience
