I was sold a rubbish printer and when I went to swap it, the salesman refused to do anything about it though I had not used it at all.
Don't buy any equipment there, go to Boulanger who will swap any goods of any value without any fuss and they have a better choice

Dear Mr Winterman,
It is actually common sense that you can only exchange a product which is not unpacked and still saleable. It was up to you to compare the different offers on the market before making a too hasty decision and changing your mind after you unpacked the printer. There is no glory into getting rude after you messed it up alone.
