All of our food was stale.
The guy that served us kept calling mayo minus when I asked him what do you mean minus he said do you want minus he was very upset that I didn't understand his language
The burger shop badly needed a clean and it looks like it's been run into the ground. where's the cleaners. There's a lot of staff with no customers I wonder why hmmm. (3pm in the afternoon)
This was at Surrey quays London. one star was too much

Visited Burger King by A5 central MK where I had three Asian staff whose attitude was disgusting as they were laughing and joking in their language making me feel very uncomfortable because I thought I had a problem with my meal where straight away I said sorry my mistake

Ordered a meal from Sprinkerse Stirling 9 piece Pringle chicken bites) but when went to pay at drive through was told only 8 left and was asked to pay full price. When questioned if a reduction in price was possible, the girl told me she could remove 2 bites or ‘throw a nugget in’. I will not be returning! Mean in the upmost

Me and my son went into Kirkstall Leeds Burger king today Saturday 20/06/2026 14.15pm for a meal, we waited 25/30 minutes for our meals. Whilst we were waiting ,our number disappeared of the screen.,My son asked were our number was. The girl behind the counter said , I don't know in a grumpy voice. The other customers looked shocked.I don't know if we will return there again.

I visited Burger King cramlington and the staff were amazing and store manager. They were really friendly to my son.

I went today with my children’s food was okay. But the tables not clean, Even was not busy staff just sitting there having conversations.
I did pay for coffee they gives me only less than half cup, I went there I did complain, they said we didn’t have water on the machine is broken? Is not our fault?! I will not change your coffee or give refund or other drinks same price???!
I been regular customer for over 5 years,
We are the customers ho paying for the staff wages, I will never go back to any of their shops again .

Absolutely outstanding experience at Burger King Aldershot! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and our order was ready in less than two minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. Excellent customer service from start to finish. My child was delighted, and so was I. A perfect 10/10 experience – honestly one of the best fast-food visits we’ve ever had. Thank you to the whole team!

Placed an order on the App and went to collect at Great Western Retail Park Drumchapel and the door was locked. Went to the staff door and was told drive through only after 9pm so I wasnt aware of that. I payed £13.68 and received nothing even though I had received an order number to collect my purchase. Staff at Great Western Road where terrible, looking online how to get my money back.

Ordered a double bacon cheese burger
Burgers were TINY.
The bun size was about the palm of my hand, the patties were about a centimeter less all around, probably the size of the bottom or a pint glass.

Patties were dry. Cheese looked unmelted on one side and dry from too much heat lamp on the other.

If i had had the inclination i think i could have eaten it in two large bites.

Definitely not tasty.
Definitely not a two handed burger.
Definitely not what the picture looked like.
Definitely not worth the money.

I asked how long my order would be and the guy literally shouted at me infront of the whole restaraunt. Tried to call a manager but the number listed os incorrect. If you dont want to be belittled in public dont go here.

Awful and you have no hope of contacting any customer service...I know because I have tried for an hour lol.

Harri at Northwich has been so helpful and friendly. The shop was exceptionally busy and he kept cool and worked hard even with computer glitches.

Very bad customer service . Price are way too expensive . Paid £3.86 for large portion of chip . Gave me 10 pieces of chips . Waiting for 10 mins no quies .
Not recommended

Literally got a butger with nothing in other then a burger, no salad, cheese or sauce yet ordered a whooper and paid for it. Took it back but nothing. The chips were cold. We ordered 6 chiili cheese bites but got 4, cold as well, reached out to customer servives with pics and details but nothing. Wont be heading to Burger King anymore. Literally paying double what you could get elsewhere and the poor customer service is another no!

Burger King York train station. Developed horrendous food poisoning 24 hours after eating here. Food lukewarm- never again!

Worst staff and always asking for reviews from the delivery rider. And if they refused they are behaving rude with rider

I thought that having a taste card would take the edge off the prices but I have been rewarded with a local branch that refuses to take orders at the counter and once I learn the process on the screen, the software does not always offer pay at counter option at the end. 20mins is hardly fast-food. To cap that the staff repeatedly leave food items out of the order! Just rubbish service at Hempstead Valley CHK 3925

We visited the Burger King in the food court of the trafford centre, I got the big king burger I think it was called, but whilst I was waiting for my food I was just observing the untidyness of the place, and the staff behind the counter, for example I noticed the person preparing the burgers etc didn't have any plastic gloves on he was man handling food with his bare hands, none of them had any hair nets or covering on their heads or shoods on facial hair that's a no no in my opinion.
Got my food and my bottle of water which I asked for, the water I got was luke warm and when I asked for a colder drink the woman who served me said that's all we've got unfortunately, got to the table where I was eating and started off on the fries which again was luke warm unbearable to eat so I left them, the burger likewise it wasn't edible in my opinion so I just had a nibble on that and left the majority of it.
It's not only the food it's the price of it as well it ain't cheap.
Oh to finish off the complaint the floor around the counter area was a complete mess.
