Culverhouse Cross store, Cardiff.
I have tried to leave feedback through their own quality control/feedback survey and I am unable to because their own survey won’t work properly. That sums it up really.
We ordered drive through. They forgot our son’s drink with the kids meal, which we didn’t realise until it was too late. We asked for bacon on the kids hamburger, they charged us 99p for a single piece of bacon that was approx 1x2 inches. For the adults we ordered the BBQ Steakhouse Crispy Chicken meals, large, £12 each. For £12 I was expecting a burger that was bigger than the kids hamburger. The burgers were disappointing. Wish we’d gone to McDonalds, at least you know what to expect there

Quiet restaurant, not many people in. They forgot my order. After 25 mins someone realised not happy and went to find out where it was. Food was cold and order was wrong. Went back in for them to correct it. Had to explain 5 times that didn’t want mayo or onion on burger. Even showed them the recipe. Even when got new burger was still wrong. Poor customer service, no apology, treated like my fault even though receipt showed ordered it right

Chips where so salty as if they where salted twice at BURGER KING RUSTINGTON WEST SUSSEX. The head team leader did offer chips without salt ... not the point keep track of your staff as they do not no how much salt to put on chips. The staff where laughing and giggling as i told them about the salty chipa.

Ordered Wagyu Meal for around £20, incl extra cheese, service charge, delivery tip and including large fries for delivery to West Bridgford. Only really good thing was delivery time. The burger which was meant to be wagyu - ie succulent, moist, tasty was overcooked dried out and basically unpleasant. The cheese was so thin as not to be noticeable. The chips were meant to be large - the paper container was only half full so nothing like large. In all substandard - not to be recommended and a waste of money.

Ok I got a Burger King from Paddington at 10:20pm, Safvan was the only mf locked in and concentrated on serving. Some old guy was cheeky enough to ask “huh?” When safvan asked him to take an order from the customer. This is because safvan was so locked in on serving us our meals from the self serve. Give this guy a raise

Burger King Zürich main station. Complete mess, incompetent staff and a complete rip off. I ordered CHF 21 burger and fries 20 minutes before my train but my order was still not ready. I politely told the guy I needed my order or at least something, but he just ignored me. I therefore paid without recieving anything at all. Complete ripoff, this is not a fast food place. Super unhappy.

Was ill after eating at one of the burger king's, made a complaint and they said they would investigate and get back in touch, they haven't bothered getting back in touch even after follow ups

Risk for you’re health, never buy this , bought for my daughter and she found a plastic inside her burger

Got 0 onion rings.

Ordered a double plant based royale.
Got a single plant based royale.

Didn;t get the promotional cup.

Got a double whopper as a substitute on an order that was 100% vegetarian.

Would give 0 stars if I could.

Why do these places exist?

Visited the BurgerKing at Fleet Services, M3 West, on 6/5/26 around 10.00pm.
OK, the food was quick, and as there was no alternative open after 10.00pm, it was the only choice.
Service was poor, we got a Coke Zero that was flat, ie no bubbles, took it back and told that was just the way it was, Coke Zero has no bubbles!!
I am sure CocaCola wouldn't be impressed with this response and a bottle purchased from WH Smith in the services confirmed that there was indeed bubbles in Coke Zero!!
Lots of money spent on updating services, however the food and service still s**t!!

Visited Bank holiday Monday morning. Great customer care, nothing was too much bother Denise and Fiona were brilliant. Highly recommended.

Went in to order at Kiosk as drive thru was busy.
When we got home with food we was missing one burger from order and the double whopper only had 1 burger patty. When called store just got told sorry and they couldn’t refund unless we went back, which was then a 20 minutes journey. Shambles!!!

The burger was stale and burnt. Grim.

After lying to me about delivery times and the progress of my order BK stole my money when i tried to cancel.
Keep the £18, you will never get another penny from me.

Fast and efficient service, happy and helpful staff serving great food.

Spent £60 (including delivery etc) we got a beef meal, a chicken meal, loaded fries, onion rings. It was all SO bland. Honestly tasteless, the best thing about the whole meal was the slush.

0 stars long wait, then the double whooper comes with a single beef lol £6.89? With that I can buy a kilo of mince and do at home. Avoid:(
