Was looking forwards to buying all the family some food but upon visiting I was advised I'd have to use those stupid screens (and there's no way around it) to order all our food turned around and walked out, unlucky burger king, no wonder your stores along with KFC & McDonald's are always empty people are getting absolutely sick to death of these screens to order your food on, lost a good customer

Visited this last few days.. Mansfield UK place is filthy with loads of flies. See inside ice tray shocking.. back of bench seats grimy... and flies.. grandchildren 6 & 9 spent most of meal wafting flies away... complained to the manager.. he sent sum1 out to clear a table next to us lol.. so wasn't really listening.. And the chairs are not child-friendly.. cant really tell by the pic but the gap in the back is way too high.. 9 yr old said hurting his back whilst smaller children could easily fall through the back of the chair the gap is that high.. So we had to move to the bench seating which as per pics you can see are absolutely filthy.. that was just 1 spot most of the back bench was the same.

I’ve not been to a Burger King for a few years and don’t think I’ll return. Just visited the one on Peto Way Lowestoft and was really appalled; dirty tables, food on tables, chairs and the floor. Rubbish laying around.No cleaning staff to be seen in the 20 minutes I was there.

Ordered on the Justeat app on 18/10/24, Burger King accepted the order & we waited for just over an hour as they kept adding 10 minutes to the expected delivery time. The courier was at the restaurant waiting to collect the food only for Burger King to then cancel our order. No explanation. I wouldn’t mind but over an hour for them to cancel is taking the mick! And when I called the restaurant to find out why, the phone number provided doesn’t work! More annoyed as the children were looking forward to their food as a treat.
Dreadful experience in Northwhich Burger King
I’ve just been to the store in Northwhich, and to say I am appalled by some of the staff members there is an understatement. My friend and I were sat in the drive through for 45 minutes with only one car in front of us, and when we got to the window we asked the woman that was there if there was any reason for the hold up, just so we could get a better understanding of what happened. We completely understand that sometimes machines don’t work or there is a fault in the system, but we do NOT expect to be greeted with shouting and vulgar language coming from an employee. It was a short Scouse woman with brunette hair who we had this unpleasant encounter with. To add to this, just before we had that brief conversation, there was two of them stood at the window talking about unrelated topics that have nothing to do with work. We waited to pay for 10 minutes, and as we waited they were messing around with their hair; which I might add was not in a hair net.
From the few times I have been there I have noticed that none of the staff handling any of the food, whether that be in the kitchen or at the window, have not worn hair nets, I was hoping that after the first time I noticed this, it would be sorted right away because I’m sure if anyone else went to another restaurant and saw this they wouldn’t be too pleased with it either. However, I have come to understand that this has not been fixed and I am disgusted to think that there could be hair in my food due to the staff negligence. This really puts me off from ever eating here again.
Hit or Miss..
It kinda depends on who you get for service... I don't eat cheese and EVERY time I order they put cheese on it :-( I had to switch up my order to a chicken sandwich or something that doesn't come with cheese

They’re inconsistent
I always order Bk on DoorDash and my favorite thing to get is the spicy chicken fries. Unfortunately when they go out of season, they’re still on the menu for door dash then I end up ordering them and not getting what I wanted
