Just sat in Burger King Euston Road.
Was refused to use my Blue Light.
I was told Burger King no longer accept Blue Light and even after showing the app,it was not accepted. Everything I find online is that Burger King promote Blue Light workers bit this isn't the first time this has happen

April.23.2025 at 13.48 pm l ordered 3 meals,French fries was cold and stale and missing one of my fries l tried to call them phone number they have it's not working brand new establishment ,they are worse than USA

I have been to two Burger Kings this year - one at Euston Station and one at Stansted airport, both times because I had limited other options. I assume that’s how you guys stay in business, because the food is just horrible, bland, tasteless expensive rubbish. The chicken burger and Double Whopper were disgusting. I don’t remember Burger King being this bad 20 years ago. Did you guys cut costs on ingredients and staff or something. You deserve to go out of business- McDonalds is far superior and that’s saying something!

Burger king in Marylebone is an absolute joke people selecting chips is such a hard decision quicker making them myself it's a shambles

Just got a home delivery from Burger King at Lillyhall in Workington. Eating the Chicken burger which although advertised as Crispy Chicken you could tell this was an old burger. Then to add insult to injury bit into something really hard,only a small piece of GLASS!!! Cut my mouth feeling sick right now.NO it's not an April fools joke either on my part.

Went to order at the counter was told that’s not possible and was escorted to the store machine that I can’t work and was filthy with dirt I was MADE to use the machine against my wishes even though I explained this at the counter,
It was hassle just to order and I won’t be coming back to be escorted to a machine because staff are now to lazy to take an order on the till. Food was just ok nothing special so really a complete disappointment,

Unhygienic, bare hands and leaning on the counter , two women to make one hamburger, then after felt sick and dehydrated like the description of salmonella, mouse or rat droppings

Food was good but I paid with contactless and the cashier tried saying money not gone through but had been taken out of my balance, she got manager and he wanted me to pay again as said probably a ghost payment but it wasn’t pending it was actually taken. Just always check if this happens as he was adamant I hadn’t paid and I knew it had been taken. This was the Neath branch south Wales

Spent £49 to have the food delivered freezing, not even edible will never order from this place again!!

The food is delicious and I love🥰😍 the refillable drinks it's my favourite restaurant ever the Amazing🤩 burger king🍔👑 if you work at burger king you are so lucky🍀

Burger King's flame-grilled burgers have a great smoky flavor that stands out. However, the restaurant cleanliness and service quality can be inconsistent.

Any company which offers a loyalty/rewards scheme but makes rewards or points ‘expire’ after a certain amount of time is a joke. I had 400 points on my account and rarely bought a Burger King. I went on today and noticed all my points had ‘expired’… for what reason?! If my loyalty points expire then so does my loyalty. I won’t be going there again. McDonald’s is cheaper anyway.

Pleasant atmosphere and food quality is good and prices are reasonable and friendly staff.

Very disappointing- Angus peppercorn burger! Over cooked almost uneatable on the edge. Peppercorn sauce almost brushed the bread so dry asked for mayo and charged for it 🙄. Service looked almost painful, way over priced for quality and service. Not been for a while won’t be returning any time soon!

Went to the burger king on north 11th Ave and Fargo and had a horrible experience went through the drive thru first couldn't see the menu I asked the young man working drive thru to tell me what was on the value menu he plainly said cheeseburgers and hamburgers I was waiting for more details and they never came I asked what the prices were hoping to get some details and all he said was yes there were prices with out any further information I asked him to elaborate and a female employee came on and rushed through the menu way to fast I decided to go inside made my order and was handed a receipt that was so faded you couldn't read anything on it not even my order number finally got my order went home less than a block away the chicken sandwich was old soggy and tasted like it was very very old the Onion rings were very soggy and also old my rodeo cheese burger tasted like it had been on the shelf for way too long and had hardly any taste just like everything else I usually love burger king but this was a visit from hell food was horrible what happened minimum wage goes up and service goes in the trash

Sorry for the late review, I took my five year old granddaughter, to the Burger King, at Lincoln town centre, on 01/08/2024, at about 13-00hrs, the young female server, was efficient, very polite, and took time to chat with my granddaughter, a credit to Burger King.

Eight out ten visits over a year the hamburgers were almost cold. Buns stuck to the inside ingredients. When I asked why they're always cold the worker said that particular one was just made. Of course it would have been at least warm if that was true. Fires and Onion Rings are the same. Finally I gave up on them.
