My first and LAST order was nearly £100 came cold and the ribs full of fat!!!
Over priced for quality.
They tried to rectify with a couple of free burgers and after arranging time and day preorder decided a few hours before due they couldn’t furfill!!! Horrendous
SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Ordered for the first time and collected my order which is 5 mins from my house. Ordered 3 meal deals Burger chips and a drink(upgraded 1 portion of chips to dirty fries) got home to find out no dirty fries no drinks and food was warm ish. Phoned up straight away and was told to text the problems to the number i phoned. Text reply back was refund will be done next day. 5days later no contact from them sent another text, then was told i had to claim back from the platform i ordered from WHICH was there web site? This was after i was told to text them . Looked on web site only phone number or email which goes to the same person i texted?
Better off making your own burger & chips or go to the golden arches..
Very disappointed. With all the hype we were really excited to try this! My partner had the chicken burger, no flavour in the batter and the chicken was extremely dry! I have the burger with pulled pork and the pork had no bbq flavour and the burger was dry. The only nice thing in it was the frazzles! We had the dirty fries to share which tasted undercooked and there were too many sauces put together it tasted weird!
This organisation produces very poor value for money fast food. Their management is completely incompetent. Although their cooking facilities would turn a Pullman car chef green with envy, unfortunately whoever cooked the food had no idea what they were doing.
Chicken wings way over cooked. A portion of french-fries that were just about acceptable, and a portion of onion rings that was mean, to say the least, particularly at £4.00 a portion.
Of the price tag for the meal of £15.50, I would think most of that was spent on totally unnecessary packaging. They have a fancy website and an App. None of which is of any value if the food is diabolical.
