Useless. Paid them to chase a debt. Was never called back despite calling multiple times for an update. They didn't get my money back.
Don't use them go elsewhere for debt recovery.

This company completely let me down, causing unnecessary stress and increased time wasting on my case..!
Lack of communication, a very negative response overall. Three months plus I couldn't afford to waste any more time with this company.
The company refunded my fees in full admitting their failure..!!
I then instructed another company who got all my money back within three weeks, on the very first visit.!!
WOULD NOT RATE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE..!!!

Despicable service. Did not provide full terms and conditions of service; acted with enforcement officer WITHOUT my consent; did not fulfil their own service terms and conditions and now trying to get money off me!

Spoke to a Sophie..banged on about offering tracing services then said i have to her words pay to find debtor as they are only there to collect the debt at their most convenient way possible...shocked with this as i thought they offered to trace debtors as its part of the service.
All even more to speak to a Jon who told me off saying quote i have to pay good money and that if i want a favour was telling me off basically...how freakin rudeeee..BEWARE... GO ELSEWHERE
