We were looking for a new supplier for our heygates quail feed. Unfortunately our last supplier took ages to process and deliver (usually around a week). Sometimes you just need it quicker, and without smashed open bags. They also delivered on a Sunday.
Burnhills got it to us in perfect condition, via DPD, dispatched immediately! We will be sticking with them!

My 16yr cat is seriously allergic to chicken. He will be constantly sick until blood comes up.
I ordered salmon biscuits from Burnhills (as he can only eat fish products now) which he was enjoying, so I sat reading the pack and feeling happy he was enjoying it but when I looked at the pack my stomach dropped. In large writing it says SALMON biscuits, But on the back it states SALMON then in small writing underneath it says with chicken???? THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL/INCOMPETENT AND WAS DANGEROUS TO MY POOR CAT.
As you can tell I won't order again as I LOVE MY CAT TOO MUCH. Seems like PROFIT is more important 🤔

Ordered online and product received next day.Good use by date. Will be using again and would thoroughly recommend.

My pony is Laminitus prone and has to be fed horsehage suitable for laminitic horses and ponies this item was ordered as I needed it the next day after trying another type of haylage which was made from third cut grass which was assured suitable for laminitic horses. The product I was sent was not horsehage despite this being ordered this left me with a product if fed to my horse would had made her laminitus a whole lot WORSE. Burnhills picked the wrong product wrapped the wrong product and then appled the label onto a product that is completely unsuitable and full of the sugars that cause Laminitus. Also for your information their horsehage is per pack £2.25 dearer than my usual supplier and charged me 27.80 ontop for next day delivery which the delivery driver DHL failed to notify me as per my ordering instructions to press my gate doorbell just left it outside my gates where it could be stolen!!!!!!. The owner Ben Burnhill admitted that they often send out a product SIMILAR to the one ordered that is not something that should be dobe ESPECIALLY one that is dangerous for animals with Laminitus. Yhe ironix thing is theiy stay that they can supply any aminals special needs this mistake was like hiving someone with dianetes a cup of tea with 15 sugars i Burnhills didnt seem to appreciate the errors of their actions and if I had not been here to receive the WRONG ordwr one of my staff would have fed thexwrong productxwhich would of caused my horse great pain and suffering and also lots of vets bills due to Burnhills Stupid and avoidable mistake. Ben Burnhill eventually agreed to refund the 27.80 delivery fee but didnt grasp the sverity of their actions and also after mevhaving to go out and make a 2 hour journey for replacement horsehage!!!!. I also requested Burnhillsxaskvthe replacement ordervof the correct horsehagecdelivery to pay extra to have it delivered FIRST THIMG in the morning to rectify their mistake the refused to pay the extra cost to endure this as it was not scheduled until between 5pm and 6pn the next day evening. NoT AT ALL iMPRESSED WITH BURNHILLS DONT USE THIS COMPANYI IF YOU CAREABOUT YOUR ANIMALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely over the moon with my purchase! Ordered a fly rug and fly spray just 2 days ago and it’s already here! After having such a terrible experience not so long ago with a different company trying to order similar products I was very wary of “do I try another online shop I’ve never tried before” but this gave me the option to track and trace my order and was guaranteed to be with me within 48 hours and they was not wrong! Nice quick and easy service and I will most defiantly be coming back to you in the near future for any other products I need for my horse. And I shall be spreading the word to my horsey friends and family also.
