I would give this company no stars if I could.
The dress x 2 were horrible . 98% polyester. Not as advertised. Too big , pattern did not match and the fabric was cheap and shiny. Company not helpful and will not let me return the items . Avoid at all costs . absolutely disgusting .

Well after receiving a dress advertising through Facebook who apparently sponsors all over I eventually got nearly half my money back thanks to PayPal
It was supposed to be a long flowing dress and very thick and stretchy and it was nothing like it
Please watch what you buy
Anything I see sponsored now I will not purchase

The worst quality, pattern and overall dress l have ever purchased.

The dress is way to big, the pattern doesn’t match up and it looks like l have printed it myself, bearing in mind l failed my textiles and fashion exam.
The price l paid for 3 dresses is shocking and l feel l have been scammed. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a dress from this company. Totally does not fit , it is way to big for me and the fabric is poor quality, the pattern print is also flawed/2nds. I have emailed for a return address - none given. Found a mobile number on Facebook for Burstabout - not available when I rang it. Surprise, surprise!
Looked on gov web site for the company, it is Landbase Trading Co. Ltd address is 69 Aberdeen Ave, Cambridge. One director lives in the Uk the other in China. Not worth posting as I would not get a refund. Totally do not buy from this company!!!!!

I have been in contact with this company and it is a terrible scam. I just hope others read trust pilot reviews and don't get ripped off like I have.

DONT BUY. cheap clothing and nothing like the advert. Does not refund despite saying they will.

The dress that arrived was cheap looking/feeling and didn't fit - customer service is all done by chatbot and extremely unhelpful - was told my item was a best seller and I should give it away, and they'd give me £2 as compensation. I repeatedly asked how I could return it for a full refund but was never told how to do this. Asked repeatedly if I could communicate with a real person to no avail. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Shocking service! Scammers! shame I had to even click on 1 Star to add a review! sizing is all wrong no option to return offered $3 as goodwill gesture!

I ordered from them the same item in 2 different colours, they sent 2 the same colour and 1 was xl and 1 was small, I have contacted them 3 times by email, no reply as yet, my order was £23 but they took £28, when I enquired as to why they said I had taken out the extra insurance which was a load of bull, I did get the £5 refund but as to the wrong items being sent I have still had no reply. This is a total scam and should be avoided at all cost.

Scammers...product looks nothing like what is shown on the website. Cheap and nasty material. Just awful.

Just checked my PayPal and I have now received a FULL refund from the company.
Please do what I did and become a nuisance if you pay through PayPal.....it's taken a while but worth it.
These companies cannot keep scamming us.

They should send out dresses the same as in the advert and not a cheaper version. My dress arrived today and it's not the floaty fabric shown in the advert, it's certainly not floaty, the length is no where near the advert length and I'm not tall. There appears to be a fault on the dress as it doesn't have a hemline panel on it as others do. I have tried to contact them by an email but they give me two other options that are automated and are not answering my query. I have now contacted PayPal for their help.
I'm very disappointed with the cheap looking dress I received when the advert one looked lovely.

I wish I had read other reviews before ordering.

I did receive an answer from them part of it was "give the dress to someone else, it's a best seller " 😡😡😡😡 absolutely disgusting.
Just hope PayPal deal with it now.

I've just had my 2nd order successfully delivered.
Both times I've had good communications and regular updates and am just as pleased with the products this time as I was last time.

After 1 month the dress arrived today. Ordered 1st Jul 23. So disappointed doesn't look the same at all!! Tried to look at my order, it will not work!! I asked to return them, got same excuse "cost too much to return" offered £5 compensation for £26.51on something that I cannot use!!!!! I think all three names are linked and coming from the same SCAM?

Do not trust this company. I have not received the dress but they have taken money from my credit card and have refused to give me a refund.

Same as others on here reviewing Burstabout. Bought dress and tracking details are repeating the same jargon and my garment is still in USA. Complete SCAM. Dress advertised as £20 but they took £27 and credit card people say I have to get in touch with them. what a joke when they do not exist. FACEBOOK GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND DO NOT ALLOW SCAMMERS TO SELL PRODUCTS THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF SENDING

No communication for my order which was accepted on 9th july. Absolutely appalling service will be contacting my credit card tomorrow. Is this a scam? I would imagine so.
Update- received my dress absolutely rubbish. Terrible material and poor workmanship. Not able to wear it. DO NOT buy from this company or you will waste your money and be disappointed!

Ordered a dress on 11 July absolutely no communication from the sellers and no sign of a dress. I’ll give it one more week and if still no communication over to the bank to reclaim my funds. If the dress is delivered prior to my cut off date I’ll happily update the review.
