I use the lip balm and within about 20…

I use the lip balm and within about 20 minutes I have to replenish it, also it doesn’t keep my lips moist. You have to plaster it on and then within 20mins it needs replenishing!!!!!!! I’ll never buy anything from Bert’s bees again!!!!!!!!!

!00% Beeswax lip balm

The lip balm smells like Vicks vapour rub, it burns and stings when used on the lips. This item was to be used as needed when away from home.

This product cannot be 100% beeswax because it appears that Vicks vapour rub has been added to the product, although since then I have noticed it states that it contains mint.

I have a pot of beeswax lip balm from another well known company to use at home so I know it should not sting as your product does and neither should it smell like a rub for a chesty illness.

I bought Burts Bees from Holland and Barrett and did send them an email but have not received a reply.

I wasn't able to leave a review of the product on H&B website because the option wasn't there.

Misleading content

It does not clearly state it has peppermint oil in it. You have to look for it and instead assume it's plain and neutral bees wax. The stick I received and will not be reimbursed for burns on the lips. Impossible to use.

I use to love your products until I found out the truth about your products. I will never use your products again! How dare you use animals for testing your products! I tell everyone I know and I threw away your stinking nasty PFAS products. I’m sick of liars, cheaters and misinformation.

I was looking forward to trying the Fragrance FREE Firming Moisturizing Cream because I like natural ingredients. I purchased it on the Burt’s Bees website. At first use I liked it. It felt light, yet moisturizing, smooth and absorbed well. Second application I noticed an odor that reminded me of Windex! Still smells like Windex. How can a Fragrance Free product have an odor? I like the texture and the way it easily applies on my face. Guess I’m stuck using it. But will not be buying again.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. They don't care about their customers at all. If you actually read the ingredients list on most of their products, they are not even a good, natural company as their entire image relies on, and which they even have a lawsuit against them for.

Slow shipping, good products

The products themselves are good, but the ordering on their website, order fulfillment and time to ship is so bad. Maybe re than one of my orders have taken 20+ days from the date I ordered to it coming in the mail Even though every item was showing in stock at the time of purchase. It took over 15 days for the items to ship at all.

I have ordered online from Burt's Bees…

I have ordered online from Burt's Bees several times. I do a lot of online shopping, this has to be the worst website I have ever ordered from. I tried to get approximately the same order 3 different times. Each time their computer was canceling my order with no notification whatsoever. I never found out they were canceled until I emailed and asked them about it. Each time I tried to reorder some of the items were unavailable so my order would change a bit. After the 3rd attempt and cancelation I finally gave up. Awhile later they sent me an email stating that they had a glitch in their system and they didn't know orders were being canceled so they offered to send me 2 mini lip balms as a consolation gift. I never got those either and emailed them again, they said they would send them out again...Nope, never arrived. I'm done with Burt's Bees. The products are ok but the online ordering is a nightmare. There is much competition in this market so I'm fine with ordering from one of their competitors. Warning to all! Stay away from Burt's Bees! This continued from July 5th through September 12th. Absolutely ridiculous!

Surprisingly Bad Customer Service

I always thought a company like Burt's Bees would have a solid reputation, so I was surprised with my recent customer service experience with them.

I've been using their lip products for about five years. They're not my absolute favorite products, but they do the job nicely enough, so I use them.

Recently, I picked up a sealed Bee's Burt lip product at a local grocery store. The next day, when I opened up the product and tried to apply it, it had the consistency of a glue stick. It literally glommed onto my lips and felt really difficult to clean off. I wrote down the details from the packaging and then tossed the product straight into the garbage. It was unusable.

The following day, I called Burt's Bees customer service, ready with all of the information I'd need in order to inform them of this quality issue. The representative barely reacted when I told her what happened. I even had to offer to give her the product number and codes and encourage her to look into it; let's just say it didn't feel promising.

I was also surprised that she didn't apologize on behalf of the company and didn't express even the slightest empathy for the frustrating/disappointing experience and utter waste of my hard-earned money. In addition, she offered no replacement, complimentary discount, etc. I didn't expect or demand any of the above, but it's usually offered to me on the rare occasion that I have to call a company and courteously report a major quality issue to them.

This wasn't the most horrendous experience, but the customer service response to a serious quality issue was a surprise and a disappointment. Consequently, I will most likely never buy another Burt's Bees product again.

NO PACKAGE 2 DIFFERENT TIMES

I placed an order on March 15, 2024, and was supposed to receive it by March 21, 2024. I also had a tracking number that showed the item had gotten right in my hometown, so I expected to see it the next day. I never got it, but it said it had been delivered. On March 22, 2024, I sent an email stating what happened and received an email that they sent the item out again on March 25, 2024. They said I should receive it within 10-12 business days. Well, it's April 10, 2024, and still no package and I had no tracking number to follow. I'm figuring that I've been scammed and did call their so-called customer service number and left a message. I also sent an email to them requesting a refund. I probably won't see it as they'll probably scam me out of my money. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!

I just saw a TV ad for Bert's Bee lip balm.
It showed a woman with a nose ring applying it. Ugly. What happened to "Dress for Success?
Then, she lip kissed another woman. Why not kiss a man?
Sorry, but I do not buy Woke products.

The worst online ordering experience I…

The worst online ordering experience I have ever had. I have placed two online orders at different points in time but had the same poor experience. The first time it happened I passed it off as a fluke the second time it happened I was just frustrated and disappointed. Here’s what happened I place my order everything says it’s in stock and I get a confirmation email that my order has been processed and shipped. I receive my package and out of the 6 items I ordered I get one! No email/notification that some items were not fulfilled and when I check my order history on my account it says my order was completed and shows the full amount paid as if the customer got all the products they ordered but of course that’s not the case. I contacted customer support and they basically brushed my concerns aside and said I should have received an email they NEVER SENT! I even checked my junk mail and there was no email. This happened both times! I will no longer purchase from this company.

No support for on line orders

Do not use on line orders for infant clothing or kids clothes.

1. They now use BOLT for orders
No way to send a gift card for gifted package
2. Incorrect information is used when editing ship to address
3. Cannot reach a "live" person to make the change
4. Call and you'll be told to submit a help ticket
5. You submit a help ticket they tell you to call customer service
6. Customer service sends you back to the website and then you're told don't leave a voicemail, AND ticket AND email

WILL NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM AGAIN
