No me han avisado un dia antes

No me han avisado un dia antes, me ha llegado el mismo dia que me avisan y yo estaba fuera de mi casa, menos mal había alguien para atenderlo. Además me han entregado el libro con un golpe que dañó la tapa dura. Por lo menos esperaría que cuiden los libros al entregarlos y no lo traten como cualquier cosa

Amabilidad y Calidad de Servicio

La amabilidad y la búsqueda de soluciones al no encontrarme en mi domicilio al momento de la entrega, fueron realmente satisfactorios. El señor a cargo de entregar, fue muy educado y amable.

Además, cumplimiento en la fecha de entrega y en las buenas condiciones del libro.
