Disappointed
I placed and paid for the order on 28 June 2015. The same day I received conformation of my order and that they will send me a mail to confirm when the order will be despatched. On the website they advertised delivery on the next day.
It is now 2 June - 4 days later and I have not received a mail to confirm that that order was despatched, nor was it delivered.

Dear Johann,
You've ordered 3 products. When you ordered the total stock was only 1, as was mentioned with the product. Immediately the next day we have sent you an email that there was not enough stock available and it would take 1-2 weeks to get the products here and send them to you. You have however never replied to this email, and also mentioned in our phone conversation today that you missed it and that you received it afterall. As promised we will deliver the order as soon as the products arrive here and will do our best to do that as fast as we possibly can.

Beste Johann,
Je hebt 3 stuks van een product besteld. Ten tijde van het bestellen stond er op de site bij het product vermeld dat er 1 op voorraad was. We hebben je direct de volgende dag een email gestuurd en daarin vermeld dat er onvoldoende voorraad was. Hierbij hebben we ook aangegeven dat het 1-2 weken duurt voor we het product weer binnen kunnen krijgen en ze naar je op kunnen sturen. Je hebt op deze email nooit gereageerd. Tijdens ons telefoongesprek van vanochtend gaf je aan dat je inderdaad het mailtje niet hebt gezien en dat hij achteraf toch is aangekomen. Zoals beloofd zullen we de bestelling direct versturen zodra de producten binnen zijn. We doen ons best dit zo snel mogelijk voor je te regelen.
