One of the most stupid bank with Zero support to business customers.
I opened my business account they asked for manual verification. After providing all the information, account started working normal. Suddenly, after couple of days they restricted the account without notifying me. My supplier told me that your transaction is declined.
I contacted them and complained that why nobody told me if there is any compliance pending. Did a complaint and also responded to same email where they asked for documents but no response even after 10 working days. One of the worst experience with digital banking. Customer support is kind of receptionist who don’t have access to anything to resolve issue nor can transfer call to anyone

A quick and easy process every time I use the service. Each person I speak with talks through and stays on the line until the issues or requests are completed.

I had plenty of frustrating experiences with HSBC years back whilst adding signatories and other administrative functions to our account, but have had many very good experiences with our various relationship managers over the years, most recently including Manpal Singh who helped me navigate a lengthy safeguard review. Really appreciate his high level of service!

Dave Mower is a consummate professional. He followed through with everything he said she would, and accommodated us in every possible way. He is truly an invaluable asset to HSBC.

This bank which should be international has been not able to do an international transfer for months, at last they asked more than 2000 Euro for the expedited process but after a week from the payment I haven't received neither a notice from them. They have been paid for delaying or doing nothing at all? I find their behavior shameful as because of them I am in a serious trouble. I add that their reply is unuseful as the number doesn't reply

HSBC has been a genuinely supportive partner as Footprint Zero has grown. Their team has taken the time to understand our business and what we need as we scale, and they've been responsive and straightforward to deal with throughout. Would happily recommend them to any growing business looking for a bank that actually pays attention.
