I have used business utility hub various times for fuel supply for our biomass boliers at the care home we have never had issues with the fuel unlike other providers we have used in the past. No problem in recommending them what so ever!
We have two large commercial biomass sites and have used business hub for over a year never had any issues with the quality of the pellets. I have No hesitation in recommending their services
Long term customer, we are biomass installer and we use BEH for many of our ESCo clients. The standard of pellet is always of a high standard as the majority of there suppliers do not import from oversees. We regular inspect our boilers and have never encountered any significant issues.
Good pellets, never had any issues. Have recommended to others.

our country hotel we have 2 biomass boilers which both have a 15 tonne fuel store. Our maintenance manager informed me yesterday morning, that we are running really low on our wood pellets. After desperately ringing around all of our usual providers, which all came back and said they cannot deliver until the following week. I came across this site, which promised next day delivery. I have just have had confirmation from our site manager that our delivery, has already taken place this morning. We have taken a full load, which will see us through for a good month or so. The changeover was stress free and there were no major issues as a result. From the initial quotation to transferring us from our old supplier, Lucy and the team have ensured the whole changeover has been simple and straight forward. I was concerned about dealing with multi-rates but Lucy Sebestyen at Business Energy Hub was quick to allay my fears and kept me in the loop at all stages after researching rates. This was extremely helpful and a credit to Lucy, without her help I wouldn’t have been able to reduce operating costs of my business.

My contact at Business Energy Hub, has been Lucy Sebestyen she has been true to her word – the price match promise ensured I got a competitive quote from Business Energy Hub. Gas and Electricity is one of our biggest outgoings for our care home and we approached Business Energy Hub with a quotation from another provider that they could not only match but actually reduce.
